This is so cool!

Posted by Everyday Healy on August 30, 2009

Daddy has another day off this weekend. As 31th is our National day. Frankly, mummy never plan anything in advanced. As daddy is always very busy during the last quarter of the year. :(

Well, no big deal. We might not have a vacation far away. But, we can absolutely have fun locally in Penang.Β  So… Let’s try out the Adventure Zone! πŸ˜‰

First, she slide down with her new friends whom she met there. This “Jie Jie” is so kind. And, other “Ko Ko”, “Jie Jie” think she is so cool too! Yeah… you really are. So brave! Truly unbelievable! It’s good to be brave, but mummy is kind of breathless when I first saw you coming down from this high, long slide. How about sliding down with daddy?

Hooray! I can slide with daddy! This time I can even let go and put my hands high up in the air.Β Cool! Yeah… Sounds so clever, aye?

Obviously, the Adventure Zone in Golden SandΒ  Hotel and Resort is just as great as the Branson vacations for this little adventurous baby. πŸ˜›

This little Penguin is my new friend now

Posted by Everyday Healy on August 17, 2009

Even though she had recovered. But, still got some phlegm. So, mummy still keep this little precious at home. No school. No extra music lesson and so on. But, we still go shopping. LOL!

And look what we have bought.

This little Penguin is my new friend now! πŸ˜‰Daddy:” See… it’s blue. Blue is for boy. So it’s mine.”

Liz:” No! It’s mine. It’s a girl!” ( Alright! You mean it’s for girl, right? Hahahaha……)

Strange! Little Elizabeth always prefers one of her milk bottle which is pink. She would demand for “pink milk milk”. However, she picked blue instead of pink for this penguin bottle. 😯

In fact, this is already the 4th water container mummy bought for her as a replacement for her milk bottle. She finally agreed to drink her Ribena using water container now. No more milk bottle. Thanks to this little Penguin from Puku Petit. In fact, she had requested to bring this penguin to school this morning. Sure! Just that you are not going to school yet, my dear. Hahahaha……

See… other than things like education saving plan or term life insurance which the little ones don’t really interested, she actually decides everything on her own. :)

Are you ready……

Posted by Everyday Healy on July 23, 2009

Something cute from school. In fact, she has learned so many songs from school including some Chinese and Malay songs. Mummy is glad that she get the chance to sing in school everyday. As this little singer really loves to sing. Sometimes, she even makes mummy believes that she is born to sing and dance. Really! She is quite a brilliant performer.

But, when daddy played the performance of the little 6 years old — Connie from UK Talent Show…

Mummy:” Do you want to be on stage and sing like this clever “Jie Jie”?

Liz:” No! So many people. So scary!”

Hahahahaha…… Look like this little girl got stage fright. πŸ˜›

In this case, will she actually get mad with mummy when she realized that with the help of seo expert services, all her videos and pictures is being widely spread among the public too? Er…baby, do you mind? 😯

That’s what I like

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 23, 2008

It’s just another Sunday. But, she enjoyed her music class so much today. She seems happy all day long. That’s encouraging! As usual, she will dance whenever she is feeling great. And, it becomes a special day for mummy when I get to see her dance. One of these days, I must record it down.

Just within 2 weeks, I realized her dancing skills improved a lot. More and more styles. And all are so cute! πŸ˜› So, naturally mummy will thought of how well she will perform in the dancing class, on the stage and ultimately holding the Pinewood derby trophies . LOL!

Mummy is prepared to invest in her music lessons and dance class. It’s not about winning trophies. It’s because she is happy. And, helping her to strengthen her talent is the best way to build her confidence in herself and her future. That’s what I am concern. :)

By the way, eating has become very interesting to Elizabeth too, ever since she recovered from fever. Well! This is something mummy totally unprepared with. Somehow, she really can eat. And, there is really so much fun to see her doing so, especially when she said: “Mmm… Delicious!”. Hahaha…

I am Improving

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 18, 2008

Mummy invited little Elizabeth to a ballet concert last Saturday. She did enjoyed the show. Somehow, it’s a bit tiring for her as she was still sick. So, she fall asleep half way. And, managed to catch up again before the show end. πŸ˜›

For sure, she is a dancing queen. In fact, dancing is an everyday routine for her. That’s good. After all, dancing is a fantastic natural fat burner for a chubby toddler like little Elizabeth. By the way, initially she learned to shake her body. Then, she was turning. Now, there are even simple steps included for the hands and legs.

How about that? Very sharp movement isn’t it? Opah, my dear! But, wait a minute. Are you trying to unbutton your pajamas? That’s not a good scone. Stop it! Is it because of the long sleeves? Is it too hot? Don’t worry! You have a nice fan now.

So cute, aye? There are “Pooh Pooh and Tiger”, one of my favorite cartoon! Thank you, Auntie. Mummy said, it’s a gift all the way from Singapore from daddy’s colleague. And, it just came in handy. Thank you so much. πŸ˜‰

“Enchanted”

Posted by Everyday Healy on October 30, 2008

Did I told you that this girl started to sing? Thanks to Giselle — her favorite movie character. And, she is learning so hard to sing the songs “That’s how you know” and “True love’s kiss”. Does that sounds familiar to you? It’s all from the movie — Enchanted.

So, when mummy sing “Just find who you love and …”. she will continue with “true love’s kiss”. πŸ˜›

And, just say “How? How?”, if you want to hear little Elizabeth sings “How does she knows…” Yeah… only 4 words at this moment. But, that’s a really good beginning! Wonderful! Little Elizabeth will even dance along while enjoying this movie and all these songs. She especially like to imitate all the actions in “Happy working song”!

Oh! Like mother like daughter. Another fans of musicals. Lovely!hehe……

Because of this movie, she has developed an interest in ballroom dancing too. She really enjoy mummy turning her around. So cute! πŸ˜‰

My first Cone Ice Cream

Posted by Everyday Healy on October 9, 2008

Yesterday night, I suddenly crave for ice cream as I saw them in one of the recipes book. Moreover, I want to try the ice cream in cone. I saw them in “Barney and friends” and some other kids shows. Looks yummy!

So, I bring the book to mummy and pointed only to the ice cream in cone. I want to explain my idea in detail. Somehow, mummy quickly answered: “You want cone type ice cream?” Oh! Thanks mum. Thank you for understanding me. She knows. She saw me pointed to them while I was watching kids show. πŸ˜›

So, daddy drives us out to buy some ice cream. First, daddy let me try the ice cream in cup. But, I want the cone ice cream on uncle Bill’s hand! 😯

Alright! That’s yours. “Uncle Bill, just get another one.”

Oh! you’ve stained your mouth. May be you should use the spatula. πŸ˜›

This is a spatula?

Mmm…… I don’t mind the stain on my mouth. Yum! Yum! “But, mummy mind it!” :(

Also, can I try the other one in stick too? Oh! Uncle Bill! May be we can share this time? πŸ˜›

Again! It’s the one on uncle Bill’s hand! Hahaha……

Hey, man! This is Hip Hop! Cool, aye? Oh! Yeah… Hahahaha…

That’s her new cap from SODA KIDS. Mummy finally found one cap for little Elizabeth which quite suits a little girl like her. So, let’s go out together for some outdoor team sports! But, may be you should change your dress first. Wrong matching. Hahaha……

Anyway, look at this girl! She likes cap. But, you can never see her put it on when she is out. She just like to wear it at home. LOL!

Daddy always said: “My girl is also my boy.” Huh? I think he is absolutely right. As we have a very vain yet sporty baby. She loves to run. Always jumping and climbing high and low. Crazy over playing basketball, football and plastic balls. Ha! And, full of energy all the time. That’s why she need a cap! πŸ˜›

Anyway, I can see that she will surely join some sports games when she grow up. But, how about cheerleading? You like dancing, don’t you? Mummy can get you some pom poms now if you want, so that you can start practicing now. Fun, aye? :)

“Who will be the coach, Mi?”

“Just Mi and D.”

“But, you people knows nothing about cheerleading!”

“Ops! May be we can start with some simple actions, you know… like jumping, twisting your waist, nodding your head, and swinging the pom poms first?” Hahahahaha…

Silly mummy! *Slap Slap, right and left*

What I did last weekend

Posted by Everyday Healy on August 29, 2008

It’s raining now! I guess we just have to cancel the plan of visiting the bookshop. Are you disappointed, baby? How about just wait and see how’s the weather later?

Anyway, mummy can assure you that daddy will surely take us out tomorrow. Where do you want to go? Haagen Daz? You really loves Haagen Daz ice cream, don’t you? The one and only one ice cream that you will ask for more. That’s expensive taste! LOL!

Oh! So delicious! Mummy loves Haagen Daz too. But, that was last week program. No more ice cream this week. How about washing cars together with daddy and mummy? That’s your favorite too. But, are you truly like cars and car parts like daddy?

“Soap, bubbles and water! That’s precious, Mi!”

Alright. Just make sure you don’t put the bubbles in your mouth, deal? πŸ˜›

Street Dance

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 26, 2008

Sunday afternoon, we were at Gurney Plaza. We took our lunch at the BBQ Chicken at Gurney Place. Gurney Place is always Elizabeth’s favorite. As there is a wide walkway for her to run about. πŸ˜›

It seems this little chicky enjoyed sitting high up on daddy’s shoulder. :)

Wanna dance with me?

Ladies and gentlemen, my Monkey dance! πŸ˜‰

Now, I am pointing my toes. Dancing gracefully. No more monkey jumping around! hahaha……

As usual, Elizabeth is such a great dancer. She also never stop running around once mummy put her on the floor. Luckily there was Uncle Bill besides daddy and mummy. We all took turn to watch her.Β  “Kakak” was not with us that day.

In fact, daddy suggested we better cooked “Maggie Mee” and eat at home instead of eating out together with Elizabeth without the maid. Daddy is absolutely right! As little Elizabeth has very bad table manner. :(

She took the spoon and played with salad. She also took the straw in and out from daddy’s drink. Water spilled everywhere. Luckily it was plain water. Smart daddy! It was right to take mummy’s lemon tea away from this naughty little girl. STOP! 😯

hahaha……

Injection Day

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 13, 2008

Elizabeth went to see her paed for another booster this afternoon. As usual, next month there is still another injection. It just never ends, even after thousands have been spent on injections.

We are late for the appointment.Β  Dr. Sim has went out for lunch. Thus, we were waiting outside the clinic for about an hour. Mummy was boring. I should have bring my magazine along.

But, Elizabeth can never be disappointed. She likes this place as it is basically a mini playground. There are slides and other toys for her to play with. Thus, Elizabeth did enjoy herself! πŸ˜›

Frankly, it is best to find a clinic or hospital with toys or playground when you first decided on your baby’s paediatrician.

Let’s swing together

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 9, 2008

Elizabeth is crazy over swing nowadays. So, mummy plan to take her to the play ground which located opposite our house tomorrow. In fact, my mum had brought her there more than once. According to her granny, she loves that place.

She loves the swings and the dogs there. Mother’s day is around the corner. It is not important weather there is expensive gift or not. As long as the whole family enjoy ourselves in this specially day. That’s good enough. Laughter is the most precious gift indeed.

And, little Elizabeth is the limelight in the family now. As she laughs, everyone in the family will laugh together too. So, let’s have fun in the playground! May be mummy should buy a hammock chair and place it at home later.

A hammock chair is much more comfortable than a swing. Elizabeth might be dreaming for it. Even Elizabeth’s great granny can sit on it and have fun. In fact, mummy miss swing too! πŸ˜›

She is looking for cats

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 8, 2008

Elizabeth always follow mummy to buy fish at the roadside now. It’s the Malay fish mongers that set up the stall at the roadside. Mummy like this place as the fish is fresh. However, that’s not the aim of chicky Elizabeth.

Of course, Elizabeth likes to have a look at the fish and prawns at the stall, especially the crabs. Somehow, she loves the cats that always hanging around that place (usually at the other side of the fence) more than anything else.

Basically, Elizabeth is a typical animal lover. At the moment, cats, dogs and monkeys seems to be her favorite. But, we only have dog at home. May be it’s time for mummy to set up a cat condo in the house. The cat should be safe as our fierce Harry (the dog) is living outdoor. πŸ˜›

More advertisements

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 15, 2008

Elizabeth likes to watch cartoons or educational videos. She loves TV. But, she can be very picky. She don’t really appreciate movies unless there are animals appeared in it. Somehow, She will be attracted by advertisements.

I think most toddlers enjoy watching advertisements. As I still remember that my brother used to appreciate advertisements on the TV too, when he was still toddler. As a result, my mum even recorded the advertisements for him.

Elizabeth also likes to look at the billboard by the road side. She gets even excited with digital signage. πŸ˜›
