When 3 kids together

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 12, 2008

I actually enjoyed spending time with the kids on this mother’s day. However, it seems little Justin is no longer that naive little boy. He is quite man now! Playing rough! Boys are boys. 😛

Poor “mei mei”! She is actually a nice girl. But, I think she has been “contaminated” as she followed exactly what her brother did. hahahaha……

Hahaha…… I manage to take out the little drawer of this toy stove.

See, I have took out another part of it. hahaha……

Oh! My toy! How am I going to fix it back? 😥

Poor Elizabeth! It’s ok. Mummy help you to fix it back, ok?

Fun, right? Kids will surely enjoy themselves as long as there are toys. I wish I am still a kid. No work! No money! But still have everything! hahaha……

We play together

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 12, 2008

Wonder what have we done in this past Mother’s Day? As my FIL had to come to Penang to attend a Malay friend’s wedding, we decided to spend time together on this special day.

So, both my parents in law came to our place together with my 2 little niece and nephew. As usual, we ladies (my MIL, my mum and me) were talking. The children were playing on their own. It’s good to see them playing together as they seldom meet. 😛

And, looks like little Elizabeth has learned to fight for own rights now! LOL!

Don’t aim my baby, please… It’s mine! 😯

This is mine! But, I want to play, please… Oh! Poor Justin “Koko”. :(

Oh, I better quickly grab it and run away! So lucky! Elizabeth never come after me. 😛

As hubby finally came back from appointment, then we went out for dinner. So, there are 3 mothers together celebrating this simple mother’s day with the 3 little toddlers and 2 daddies. 😛

Let’s swing together

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 9, 2008

Elizabeth is crazy over swing nowadays. So, mummy plan to take her to the play ground which located opposite our house tomorrow. In fact, my mum had brought her there more than once. According to her granny, she loves that place.

She loves the swings and the dogs there. Mother’s day is around the corner. It is not important weather there is expensive gift or not. As long as the whole family enjoy ourselves in this specially day. That’s good enough. Laughter is the most precious gift indeed.

And, little Elizabeth is the limelight in the family now. As she laughs, everyone in the family will laugh together too. So, let’s have fun in the playground! May be mummy should buy a hammock chair and place it at home later.

A hammock chair is much more comfortable than a swing. Elizabeth might be dreaming for it. Even Elizabeth’s great granny can sit on it and have fun. In fact, mummy miss swing too! 😛

See you later, Barney

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 9, 2008

Elizabeth is quite independent now. After all, she is already 17 months old. Thus, she will watch TV alone sometimes. She will be very excited initially. After all, that’s all her favorites. Anyway, this is what happened after some time.

Oh! I just close my eyes for a while.

Oh, Barney! I am still watching!

See you later, Barney!

Hahahaha……. That’s my darling Elizabeth! 😛

She is looking for cats

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 8, 2008

Elizabeth always follow mummy to buy fish at the roadside now. It’s the Malay fish mongers that set up the stall at the roadside. Mummy like this place as the fish is fresh. However, that’s not the aim of chicky Elizabeth.

Of course, Elizabeth likes to have a look at the fish and prawns at the stall, especially the crabs. Somehow, she loves the cats that always hanging around that place (usually at the other side of the fence) more than anything else.

Basically, Elizabeth is a typical animal lover. At the moment, cats, dogs and monkeys seems to be her favorite. But, we only have dog at home. May be it’s time for mummy to set up a cat condo in the house. The cat should be safe as our fierce Harry (the dog) is living outdoor. 😛

Not Cold Banana

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 8, 2008

Mummy’s 17 months old loves banana. She can eat more than 1 banana at a time. That’s fine as long as she won’t have hard stools. Surprisingly, she refused to eat the banana that just took out from the fridge! I thought you like ice, baby? 😯 hahaha……

Anyway, according to the medical encyclopedia, banana is one of the recommended diet for children recovering from gastrointestinal problems, particularly diarrhea. Basically, Banana, Rice cereal, Applesauce, Toast are called the BRAT diet that commonly recommended by physicians and nurses for binding food and make the stool harder.

Besides, the high potassium in bananas is good for replacing the lost potassium in our body after vomiting or diarrhea.

I like to be on stage

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 8, 2008

Mummy’s 17 months old is getting very playful nowadays. I think slowly she shows her own characters too. I realized she really can act. In fact, this little baby even likes to be on stage.

She actually enjoy standing on the bench or stairs and dance on it. I think she will be singing too, once she can speak. Cute, right? Will she wish to become a movie star or singer later when she grow up? Come what may! 😆

Mummy have no problem with her standing on the bench or stairs. But, she is even more excited when she get to stand on the tins or cardboard boxes. That is such a small space. And, they are not stable at all. Any time she can fall. That’s terrifying! 😯

Recently, this is her stage. :(

Looks like Elizabeth is also the adventurous type too! LOL!

Limbo Rock

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 8, 2008

Elizabeth watches “Barney and friends” almost everyday. She learned so many tricks from the show. However, mummy didn’t expect her to know the “Limbo Rock” posture position.  That’s funny! Really Cute! 😛

Look at this little naughty! She even raised her feet standing with her toes end!LOL!

Oh, This is fun! Mummy wants to join the game too. So, let’s rock together! *Ouch*  Sorry, girl! I think mummy is a little too old for this. Looks like mummy’s waist got twisted a bit. I will stop now. Elizabeth enjoy yourself, ok? hahaha……

Just can’t wait

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 7, 2008

Since the 4th, Elizabeth has turned 17 months old. Soon, my girl will even turned to 2 years old. Then, there will be another birthday party for her. That’s what in mummy’s mind. I am nervous. I supposed to make her a beautiful birthday cake on my own. But, I still don’t know where to get the right “sifu” to begin my baking lesson. :(

Somehow, there is more ideas in mummy’s mind now. Other than balloons, mummy will like to include roses, calla lilies, rose petals, gerbera daisies, hydrangeas, peonies and many other gorgeous wedding flowers in my little princess birthday party later.

Elizabeth really loves flowers. She will certainly jumping for joy, once she sees beautiful flowers all around the house during the party. Anyway, mummy loves flowers too. And, mother’s day is around the corner. It would be wonderful if baby Elizabeth knows how to present flowers to mummy. Even a single rose is good enough.

“Baby, mummy is still waiting for you to call “mummy” too! 😛

Not Fried Rice

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 7, 2008

Elizabeth can be very picky sometimes. Mummy don’t want her to eat only biscuits, fish balls and plain rice everyday. Luckily, she will accept some of the new food that mummy introduced to her.

As she likes “Bojari rice” so much, mummy actually made her fried rice. The fried rice includes egg, carrot, garlic, parsley, and soya source. It’s fragrance! It’s so yummy to mummy. Unfortunately, she don’t really like it. :(

Too bad that mummy just don’t know how to make “Bojari Rice”. Frankly, toddler seems have very different taste from adults. Anyway, there is nothing wrong. As even among adults, we have our own preference and favoritism too. 😛

Somehow, it seems mummy need more ideas to create some new recipes for naughty Elizabeth. :(

Too heavy for mummy

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 3, 2008

Elizabeth nowadays can fall asleep on her rocking chair. She will lay down in her chair comfortably while drinking milk and water too. I guess she really likes her chair now. 😛

At least, she has a proper chair to rest on while watching TV. It will certainly safe her from becoming hunch back. However, will she become lazy to move around after too content to the comfort of sitting down?

Mummy want you to exercise more, girl! As mummy can’t even carry her for more than 20 minutes now. In fact, mummy likes to carry Elizabeth. But, my hands just not strong enough to sustain her weight anymore. :(

May be Elizabeth should join mummy and granny to use the exercise machines such as the ellipticals. Since granny already decided to buy one of the machines, so that all of us in the family can exercise at home conveniently.

Once baby Elizabeth lost weight, may be mummy can carry her longer. 😛

As long as it’s safe

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 3, 2008

Elizabeth just fall asleep. Elizabeth is getting very active now. In fact, she is curious about the things around too. She is more like an inspector now. She will inspects almost everything that kept in the house.

Thus, mummy actually sealed all the sources of electric supplies in the house that we are not using. Somehow, mummy still let her explores and digs all the things which supposed to be safe for her, especially when mummy is busy. 😉
