Mummy, dark already

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 28, 2009

We go no where this weekend as mummy is kind of sick.Β  So sorry, baby. But still, she attended music lesson. And, it’s the 8th month in Chinese Lunar Calendar. So, teacher gave all the children a lantern when they finished class.

Liz:” It’s Orange.”

Mummy:” Yeah… It’s orange lantern. we will light it up tonight, ok?”

Liz:”Ok.”

As we reached home at noon……

Liz:”Mummy, I want to play lantern.”

Mummy:”If we light it up now, we can hardly see the light, wait until the sky is dark ok?”

Liz:”ok.”

By evening……

Liz:”Mummy,dark already.”

Mummy:”Huh? You mean the sky is dark already?”

Liz:”Mm! The sky dark already.”

Mummy(laughing) :”Now it’s onlyΒ  6pm, baby. Wait for while, ok?”

Liz:”Ok.”

Again, she said it’s dark already by 7pm. Then, repeat another few more times before the sky really turn dark around 8pm.Hahahaha…… So cute!

And, yes! Finally, she had a wonderful time playing the little orange lantern.

Kind of excited at the beginning, holding the lantern, walking around happily.

Got a hole on the lantern after a while as she dropped the lantern on the floor once.

Eventually, she asked daddy to take it for her as the stick was getting hot.

Liz:”It’s burning!”

Ya! Ya! What a careful baby. Hahahaha……

I am a Perfect Home Maker

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 19, 2009

Nowadays, she wants to go to “Jie Jie” school, when she passed by mummy’s ex secondary school. And, do all what the adults are doing during her free time including putting daddy’s old lap top and the old telephone on her table and start working like daddy. Taiping on the keyboard and talking on the phone. Sometimes, there is even writing on papers.

Besides, she could be a perfect future home maker. Have a look!

How about that? Another imitation from the adults. Girls are girls. Loves all these cleaning stuffs so much. And also cooking. I guess soon the day will come where she will go for facial treatments, start wearing high heels, taking diet pills, and talking about handsome boys too. LOL!

Beautiful Necklace

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 16, 2009

Mummy promised you will never feel bored at home. There is always something new. And…

This is what little Elizabeth get other than revising with some home made computer flash cards and watching cartoons. You were counting with them, other than just hanging them all on your neck, honey! And, we were having fun by organized a “Fashion Show” specially by Elizabeth in the room lastΒ  night before we go to bed. You were busy cat walking, putting on the colorful and shimmering necklaces, and also pretend changing all colors of beautiful dresses in a hiding place. Hahaha…… So lovely!

In fact, she was also attended her first art lesson yesterday. πŸ˜‰

May God blessed you with all the happy day. :)

“Go hotel playground. She wants to play with Jie Jie and Ko Ko.”

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 3, 2009

Next Monday is a public holiday again. Thinking of what’s the best plan for you, baby. How about picnic by the beach? I doubt daddy will like it.

Or you actually wish to go back to this place?Yeah… At first, you enjoyed cooking alone in the nice and big kitchen. So, do you miss the Adventure Zone? Mummy knows I must blog more about this first time experience in this wonderful playground. :)

That’s the new way of sliding that Elizabeth learned from another Jie Jie! πŸ˜‰

So, that’s the toddlers area. But, you insisted to try something more challenging!

Really thanks to all the ko ko and jie jie who practically offered to take care of you in the playground that day. Mummy can see they are trying thier best to please you. They are really nice. I guess that’s why you said:”Go hotel playground. She wants to play with Jie Jie and Ko Ko.”Β  on the next day.

Alright! It’s “she” wants to play. Not “I”, right? It’s always “she” when little Elizabeth means “I”. Hahaha……

But, they had went back to KL, my dear. So sorry! :(

Don’t worry! Mummy will make sure you have another fun weekend in this coming Saturday and Sunday. And, I am still scratching my head thinking what it supposed to be. LOL!

First time in the Cinema

Posted by Everyday Healy on August 24, 2009

Despite the scary H1N1, we went to cinema for G.I. JOE. Mummy really don’t know what am I thinking too. Totally stop this little cheeky from school, but bring her to the crowded cinema. LOL! Daddy said school children always sick, and they will still play together closely even they are sick. So, sickness can be easily spread among school children. Sounds true also. πŸ˜›

Anyway, this is your first movie in the cinema, baby! And, you enjoyed it. Just that you were shivering whenΒ  you saw the men were being injected on the face, suffred then turned ugly. So sorry! Hehe…

Also, you did asked for milk about the end of the show. But, your milk was left with kak Su who was shopping in the mall. Again… So sorry, dear! Somehow, You still sit still until the end of the show. That’s very thoughtful! πŸ˜›

And, I think you did enjoyed the big screen in the cinema. As you said you want to go to the cinema again. The darkness seems ok to you. And, you really stick on the chair, not really talking, just kind of concentrate. Well done, darling! Daddy is so proud of you!Β  :)

Thanks to Kodomo Lion

Posted by Everyday Healy on July 30, 2009

Last Saturday, little Elizabeth really had fun at the Kodomo Lion’s roadshow in Queen’s Bay Mall. Mummy and daddy even have to stand for the hungriness just to let her complete a body art. She loves face painting. She wants to be “Spiderman”. Gosh! Do you really understand the meaning of girl? Hahaha……

Liz:” Mummy, I want to paint the face like “Spiderman”.”

Mummy:” Er… How about you pretend to be the lion over there and mummy take picture for you?”

Β Look! She even got a little purple balloon bear. Thanks to the clown. :)

By the way, you don’t have to pretend. You are a real “lion”, my dear. A fearful little naughty! LOL!

And, daddy only allowed the painting to be done on her little hand. So, she got a pink butterfly on her right hand that day. :)

That’s a great weekend. Hopefully, this coming weekend has something interesting for her too before daddy goes to Lumut from Monday to Wednesday.

Today is Cooking Day

Posted by Everyday Healy on June 29, 2009

Yeah… why blow? If anything is too hot, just put in some ice. And, normally she will go to the wall, pretending she is getting some ice from the fridge. Hahaha……

Mummy realized her imagination can run really wild these days. So cute! :)

Today, this little cheeky suddenly interested in being a chef. She has been cooking and making coffee for hours. Cooking with real beans, plastic materials and play dough since she came home from school, also after she woke up from her afternoon nap. As what we saw in the video, she even sing along. So enjoyable. πŸ˜›

How come suddenly so into cooking? But, it’s good! As this might mean there will be someone willing to cook for the family in the future, even without the maid. Well, as long as you are willing to cook, mummy promised the kitchen will be redesign anytime exactly as what pleases you. Be it glass tile, stained glass or granite. Hahahaha……

So many Horses

Posted by Everyday Healy on June 8, 2009

What’s the horse eating?

Β Daddy, next please…

And, she said:” Horse poop poop, cao cao (smelly in Hokkien).” when mummy showed her the horse stools. Hahaha……

Thanks to Penang Turf Club open days. At least, Elizabeth has an enjoyable weekend. At first, she said:” Go pet shop.” But, once she saw horses in the Penang Turf Club, she was happy with it. At least she get a chance to see the real horse carriage, pony, donkey and horses.

Little Elizabeth enjoyed the funny clown shows too.Β  However, it’s really hot. Thus, it just isn’t fun for daddy, mummy, grandma, and grandauntie. So, we went home without exploring the pony ride and horse jumping show.

In fact, Elizabeth cheeks were burning. So that’s enough. Let’s go home, baby!

Later, we visited the Penang International Flower Exhibition once again.

See… I am so sticky and tired.

Wow…Cool! At least I feel better. Not so hot anymore. πŸ˜›

She surely had fun spending some precious time together with her favorite grand auntie too.

Interesting but tiring Saturday.Β  πŸ˜›

Skating Progress #1

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 28, 2009

Daddy said:” I want to see her skating.” (It’s been some time daddy never join us in the playground.)

Alright! Here you go.

LOL! Please roll! Mummy is taking video, you don’t have to post. Hahahaha……

Anyway, at least she is sliding on her own. Yeah… But, it’s still like walking. Hahaha……

May be mummy should buy a pair of skates and show her how to roll like the wind. Do you want to join us, daddy? πŸ˜‰

To this little one, playground time is precious. If it’s at home, she enjoys digging out mummy’s necklaces, diamond rings, make ups, skin cares, bras and even sanitary pads. And, mummy get a shock when she was trying to show mummy how to use the sanitary pad. OMG! Hahaha……

Last weekend, we go no where but only stay at home besides sending little Elizabeth to Kinder Beat. Daddy and mummy knew she was kind of boring. So, we finally spend an hour on the beach upon request. This lovely princess loves beach. :)

But last weekend, we had wonderful time in “Poh Poh” and “Gong Gong” house.

Cool! Mummy’s future pianist! Ops… she can even become a composer. As composing music becomes so easy with the help ofΒ laptop computer and the software used to compose music. Hahaha……

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 22, 2009

Look at this girl. She loves garden, if mummy has no time to bring her to the big playground. She enjoys picking dry sticks and fruits which dropped down from the tree. She will also looks for ants, snails and butterflies. But, most of the time she will hocked up with dozens of mosquitoes and got bit. Poor girl! :(

Well, she likes to run, dance and exercise in the compound of the house too. πŸ˜›

Ladies and gentlemen, Hip Hop!

Yeah… Very adventurous! Daddy keep mentioning on more outings for this little cheeky.Mummy suggest the zoo or aquarium, best if it’s Singapore’s zoo. Daddy might want to bring her to the dinosaur exhibition in Mid Valley as dinosaur is her favorite now.

Well, may be this little girl likes something closer to the nature or a real adventure such as rv camping.

This is My Christmas

Posted by Everyday Healy on December 26, 2008

So, this is the 3D puzzle — the Christmas gift from “Santa Clause”. Ha! But, It’s still unfix. Elizabeth is not interested at all. LOL! May be she likes something more hi tech like PS3. Hehe……

So what she did in Christmas?

Yeah… She had a wonderful Christmas dancing and singing along with Barbie, enjoyed the lighting and Christmas tree decoration at home with a Christmas cake which allow her to blow the candle like what she did in her birthday.

Not bad, aye? And, good news! Little Elizabeth had once again recovered from fever and flu.Β  :)

Let’s get down

Posted by Everyday Healy on October 15, 2008

Β
What’s this? Can I have some, “kakak” ?Β

Β
That bottle! Can you pick up for me, uncle Bill? I don’t like to walk! Hahaha…….

Β
Give me? Er… your mum said it’s dirty! So… No! Oh… Give it to me! *Almost weeping*Β

Oh! She is sporty! She is so cute! I know what you are going to say. “She looks exactly like a boy in short and shirt. ” I know! But, it’s still cute, right? Hahaha……

At this age, if daddy is the fans of Hard Rock T, baby got to wear Hard Rock baby T. She will be wearing Festina watches too, if it’s one of mummy’s collection. And, it’s not a problem at all.Β  She is glad to have things like mummy and daddy. As she is at her Imitation age! πŸ˜›

By the way, these photos were taken 2 weeks ago. Mummy is thinking may be we can get back to this beach behind Tanjung Bungah Hotel real soon. I like the seashells there. So many species. What do you think, baby?

Mummy is glad baby Elizabeth no longer afraid of the sand. At least she is willing to get down and running around the beach with her shoes on. Good start! πŸ˜‰

I am the Odette

Posted by Everyday Healy on October 3, 2008

Daddy is sick. So, only somewhere around the town. But, even visiting a park like Botanical Garden is fun to little Elizabeth. Alright. Let’s go to Botanical Garden then.

Dog, Mi!

And, there’s a stage!

Ladies and gentlemen! A loud applause for The Odette Of “Swan Lake”.

Watch me, D…

What a graceful performance! Bravo! But, this is the first time I saw a ballet dancer never stands with her toes! Hahahaha……

That’s Our first day of Raya Holiday. πŸ˜‰

Mummy realized this little princess quite like the feel of nature. And, she is definitely an angel on stage. Looks like you may like to join drama class, music class, dance class in the future. Huh? That’s going to keep mummy really busy, my little drama Queen!

Still, daddy is going to be so proud of his talented baby. πŸ˜›

I blow…

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 10, 2008

Raining! Raining! Raining! Heavy rain is on its way! :(

Elizabeth… do you still remember what have you done last weekend? We went shopping. we were at the Queensbay mall mooncake exhibition. There was nice pavilion. You even sat on its stairs to finish your Ribena.

Excuse me… Can I take my Ribena here?Β  Just a minute, k?

Ah…… It’s done. Yum! Yum! Β

But, no one can take my Ribena away from me! 😯

So cute! By the way, we bought lanterns, so many lanterns home. So, do you enjoy “watching” lanterns, baby? Sorry that you are not allow to touch the lanterns. Mummy afraid you will get burned.

Alright! If I can’t touch, then I’ll just blow them off! Hahaha…..

That was last Sunday night. We all enjoy that night, especially little Elizabeth. She really laugh and play the whole night long. But, not much picture has been took. As mummy need to take care of her. All because of daddy’s phone calls. Stop ringing, will you! LOL!

So, this is all about our mini mooncake party without mooncake. Hahahaha……

Let’s Color

Posted by Everyday Healy on August 2, 2008

Today, there was no special outing for little Elizabeth. That’s because she was still sick. Since Thursday, she got secondary throat infection after she recovered from Coxsackie. Thus, poor Liz is still taking medicine now! :(

And, Mummy stop taking her to the bookshop this week. Tomorrow, she is not going to attend music circle too. But, it’s ok. Mummy can arrange other activities for her at home. Mummy, daddy and Elizabeth actually enjoyed watching movies together at home this afternoon.

Tomorrow, may be we can play “bubble gun” in the garden, or do some coloring at home. Mummy enjoyed coloring pictures together with Elizabeth. We started this activity about a month ago. As mummy realized more hands on activity is good for babies’ brain development.

This is Liz’s work. I think she did a great job for her age. As she can hold her pencil properly and keep changing colors.

Sometimes, she can even focus on the object quite well like how she centered all the colors on the dinosaur above. And, mummy will always help her to fill up the pictures with nice and proper coloring bit by bit after she finished coloring. Just as what I did to the dinosaur head. Nice, isn’t it? πŸ˜›

Mummy feels is good to show her how to color nicely. Hopefully more good examples and more practices will help to slowly improves her coloring skills. Mummy believes soon she can even make beautiful cards like the Quinceanera invitations for mummy and daddy. We should never underestimate a child’s intelligence. πŸ˜‰

So many Butterflies

Posted by Everyday Healy on June 24, 2008

Oh! Finally, I saw so many real butterflies flying in the air, and standing on the flowers. They are beautiful! They seems dancing all the time instead of flying. Shall I catch them? Oh! No? Alright, then I’ll just dance with them! :PElizabeth really had a great time at the Butterfly farm last Saturday. Daddy suggested we should visit it again since our girl like these butterflies so much! hehe…

Anyway, Elizabeth enjoy walking around this small farm. It is really a good place for toddlers to hang around. My little princess just can’t stop hopping for joy too until she was so tired. But still, she refused to go home. Oh! Please, baby. Let’s go home. Mummy will treat you with fantastic massage therapy, ok? πŸ˜‰

Mumm feels great by getting a chance to educate little Elizabeth in such real and natural environment. She finally also saw the real turtle, squiral, scorpio, iguana, beetle, Japanese Koi, Mandarin duck and caterpillar too.

Dancing at Golden Sand

Posted by Everyday Healy on June 14, 2008

It’s Saturday again. Daddy and mummy will surely plan something and get out together with our little princess every weekends, be it Saturday, Sunday or both. hehe…

But, Elizabeth seems enjoyed this Friday night too. Last night, we were at Golden Sand Resort. At first, she were quite clingy and shy. So, mummy and daddy were quite disappointed. We thought may be this place is not her cup of tea. :(

Later, she did keep herself busy with the stairs.

Ultimately, She even dance along with the music in the middle of the crowd. 😯

Oh, I love parties! More party invitations, please! :)

Lovely! So, that’s our girl! Active! Joyful! And, just can’t stop dancing! πŸ˜›

Too Bright

Posted by Everyday Healy on June 11, 2008

Last Sunday, we were enjoying our lunch at E & O Hotel. Mummy and daddy didn’t really enjoy the food there. Baby likes the potato chips though. πŸ˜†

Elizabeth enjoys wide spacing and windy environment especially with water around, be it fountain, sea or pool. So, She did enjoyed herself at E & O. Running here and there non stop! Looks like beautiful and comfortable environment is also very important for toddlers.

Anyway, mummy and daddy had a great time too. At least, mummy managed to take photos together with my darling girl. So happy! πŸ˜›

Baby, Smile please! πŸ˜›

Still too bright, mummy! :(

Anybody switch off this terrible bright light please? hahaha…

Frankly, mummy and daddy seldom take pictures together with our little princess. Mummy is always busy snapping baby alone. And, daddy don’t even bother to touch the camera. Again, he said: ” That’s mummy’s job.” :(

The Wedding

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 27, 2008

After came back from Gurney Plaza, mummy quickly dressed her up getting her ready to attend a wedding dinner together with mummy and daddy once we reached home. Little Elizabeth was hunger for milk. She lied on her rocking chair while drinking the milk.

Immediately, she was asleep. 😯

Wow… I don’t remember she had such beautiful pajamas?

My maid carried her at the back seat of the car. She was still sleeping in all the way to the hotel. Once we stepped down from the car, her big eyes start blinking. Great! She was awake again. πŸ˜›

Oh! Such a nice place. I like it! Er… Where is this place actually? 😯

That night, Elizabeth really enjoyed herself playing with balloons, clapped together with all the guests, running at the corridor, dancing on the red carpet, drinking fruit punch in the big wine glass and keep heating daddy and the maid when she don’t get what she wants. OMG! *Slap forehead*

Wow! I found my favorite! The stairs… I better be quick! Daddy is going to block me anytime. πŸ˜›

I prefer gold. But, how am I going to take it out?

That’s what I get. Never mind. White is just nice to match my beautiful dress. πŸ˜›

She was the one who pulled out all the balloons by the stairs holder. Should mummy be proud or ashame? Somehow, all the kids there have fun with the balloons she pulled out. She took the lead and everyone was happy. Mummy should be proud, right? hahaha…

First time on Trishaw

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 19, 2008

Yesterday night, we were at Batu Ferringgi. Mummy, daddy, granny, uncle Bill and Elizabeth’s grand auntie were all taking dinner at Rasa Sayang Hotel. It was a buffet dinner. We choose that place as little Elizabeth like that place so much.

Yesterday night really was her night. As that was the first time she tried a lolly pop. It’s the sour fizzy lolly. Surprisingly, she loves that Lolly. She took about half the lolly. She was laughing and dancing while eating the lolly. Cute! Very lovely!

Besides, it was also her first time riding on a trishaw. Somehow, this little chicky fell asleep as soon as half the journey. May be she was too tired at that time as it was quite late.

Never mind. I am sure there will be next time, baby. As mummy and daddy really enjoyed the rides. Hahaha……

When 3 kids together

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 12, 2008

I actually enjoyed spending time with the kids on this mother’s day. However, it seems little Justin is no longer that naive little boy. He is quite man now! Playing rough! Boys are boys. πŸ˜›

Poor “mei mei”! She is actually a nice girl. But, I think she has been “contaminated” as she followed exactly what her brother did. hahahaha……

Hahaha…… I manage to take out the little drawer of this toy stove.

See, I have took out another part of it. hahaha……

Oh! My toy! How am I going to fix it back? πŸ˜₯

Poor Elizabeth! It’s ok. Mummy help you to fix it back, ok?

Fun, right? Kids will surely enjoy themselves as long as there are toys. I wish I am still a kid. No work! No money! But still have everything! hahaha……

Too heavy for mummy

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 3, 2008

Elizabeth nowadays can fall asleep on her rocking chair. She will lay down in her chair comfortably while drinking milk and water too. I guess she really likes her chair now. πŸ˜›

At least, she has a proper chair to rest on while watching TV. It will certainly safe her from becoming hunch back. However, will she become lazy to move around after too content to the comfort of sitting down?

Mummy want you to exercise more, girl! As mummy can’t even carry her for more than 20 minutes now. In fact, mummy likes to carry Elizabeth. But, my hands just not strong enough to sustain her weight anymore. :(

May be Elizabeth should join mummy and granny to use the exercise machines such as the ellipticals. Since granny already decided to buy one of the machines, so that all of us in the family can exercise at home conveniently.

Once baby Elizabeth lost weight, may be mummy can carry her longer. πŸ˜›

No fun weekend

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 20, 2008

It’s weekend. But, little Elizabeth still got no chance to go out since yesterday. Mummy feels bad. But, yesterday mummy and daddy just can’t bring her together as we went to the hospital. Then, she was asleep while we were going out to dinner.

Daddy is busy today. He went for appointments. Since little Elizabeth enjoyed herself so much while hanging at the playground at Gurney Plaza, may be mummy should bring her to the playground later. πŸ˜‰

She really had so much fun at the playground before! πŸ˜›

We will wait until daddy is free. Then, may be we can have better plans such as cruising along with one of the carnival cruises.

Shopping Queen

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 18, 2008

Since Elizabeth has recovered from her flu, mummy wondered are we going to shopping again this weekend? Even if it’s a window shop, my little shopping queen just won’t mind too! πŸ˜›

Last Saturday, Elizabeth was enjoying herself at Gurney Plaza.

LOL! Are you stepping on someone’s eyes? Look down, girl! Didn’t you see that big eye? hahaha……

This is colorful. Lovely! “Mummy do you want to join me?” (Yeah… Thanks to MAC make up road show. This is one of the colorful bean bags placing on the floor of its booth.)

My girl is a shopping queen. She loves shopping. Almost every week she will at least get a chance to visit one of the shopping mall in Penang.

Mummy and daddy like to see my girl smile and laugh while hanging in the shopping mall. She became very excited and active as she entered the mall. May be there is always so many things to see and touch in the shopping mall.

After all, kids learn when they see something. Elizabeth got a chance to feel whatever she touch too! At least not as boring as reading ABC. πŸ˜‰
