Cycling Everyday

Posted by Everyday Healy on February 27, 2011

That’s what I did without miss every day and night since a week ago till now.

Once I woke up…

Liz:”Mummy, can I cycle?”

Once I came back from school…

Liz:”Mummy, can I go cycle, please?”

Once I woke up from my afternoon nap or after I finished watching cartoons……

Liz:”Can I go cycle, please mummy?”

In fact, I always fell from the bicycle whenever I tried to cycle faster.

Mum:”It’s ok, baby. Anything is the same. The more you practice the better you are. So never give up.” :)

That’s why I kept cycling. I want to be good at it. As cycling is fun! Besides, it sure can shape up my thigh like the hgh pills too. 😉

By the way, all of us in the family thought that you look great on this rainbow colours sleeveless spaghetti tripe dress. That could be your own style in the future. 😛

I love Bebe Ballet

Posted by Everyday Healy on February 27, 2011

Lovely costume that makes you look exactly like a little angel! :)

Look at all these pictures above. I am sure you can see how much you have enjoyed your Bebe ballet lessons since November 2010. You have trial quite a number of other dancing class. you said Hip Hop was too difficult for now. And, you don’t want to join ballroom dancing either.

I think we have to thank to Miss Teoh, your ballet teacher. As mum had to admit that she is such an interesting teacher who knows exactly how to attract little ones attention by loud and clear voice and endless highly imaginative fairy tales or animal stories. Thus, Bebe Ballet is your favourite! 😛

Dancing is your happiness. Mum is very sure about that. In fact, you get to wake up earlier every Saturday morning without complain and always came out from the class with wonderful smile and endless stories to tell. That’s awesome!

Besides, mum realized you get smaller tummy, taller and nicer thighs and arms’ shape without taking diet pills. It all just happened rapidly after you start joining Bebe Ballet. Thus, Bebe Ballet is absolutely good for you.

Hope your interest for it will persist. :)

Let’s go shopping

Posted by Everyday Healy on February 24, 2011

Nowadays, my little princess will invite me to go shopping right after she hop into my car as she finished her class at school. So, this little drama queen is also a shopping queen now.

And, she actually don’t mind daddy and mummy go to Japan and leave her with granny in the end of March. As this little shopping queen wants mummy to buy Hello Kitty Luggage, Hello Kitty cup and plate and Kimono from Japan for her. Wait a minute, she asked for drum also since yesterday. I guess that’s not the end of her shopping list yet. Ha!

Mum is actually quite worried sometimes. So, I kept on telling her buy one thing at a time. Luckily, she seems no problem with it.

Then, she told me her dream car is Ferrari. Wow! That’s ambitious. Mum has no opinion on it. Dream as big as you can. But buy yourself. Hahahahahaha………

Liz:”But I got no money.” Hahahahahahaha…………

Well, just study hard. Then, learn all the ways to make money and believe that you can make it.

Lastly, pray hard I guess. Hahahahahaha……….

I went up and down more than 10 times

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 19, 2010

See… I can slide down from such a high slide all by myself now. It’s such fun! I love it! Love it! Love it! Thus, I went up and down for more than 10 times that day on the 31th of October when this Adventure Zone at Golden Sand Resort was celebrating children day.

Oh! Just in case you actually gain weight in near future, all mum got to do is just sending you to such a playground everyday. I am sure it will work as well as the extreme weight loss pills. 😛

And, that’s my girl! Brave like a musketeer now, aye? Ha! I am proud of you, honey!

By the way, at first I slide down with “kakak”. Then, she was shouting like she was haunted while we were sliding down. Gosh! That scared me. I said no more going to up to the slide. Not the height that scared me. But the horrible scream. I felt lucky when I was left alone to slide. Go away! You coward! Hahahahahaha………

It’s a Holiday

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 17, 2010

Yesterday, you were such a good girl. You do a lot of “homework”. Even now, you are still reading in the study room. Bravo, honey! 😉

But, today is a holiday. Mummy has got a plan. I told daddy we are going to take you to cycle early in the morning. But look at the time now. It’s already 11 am. And, mum just woke up. Sorry, honey. May be in the evening? :)

May be we can swim in the evening. That’s your favourite! Or going to the beach? That’s what you have been suggesting lately. Well, all are great leisures. In fact, if mummy could swim, run on the beach and cycle together with you everyday, that will be the fastest way to burn fat. Ha!

So keep up with your interest on all these healthy sports. Good for your health and also your alertness. 😛

They are my friends

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 16, 2010

Monday is always a grumpy day. As that’s the first day to school after 2 days of holiday. However, Tuesday will be a total change. Today, I am happily going to school again. 😛

In fact, almost everyday is a happy day for me. I am always singing, dancing, playing pretend and so on. Recently, I really had fun playing pretend!

It’s my greatest pleasure to have you all playing with me, my dear animal friends, my moon and my star. I am not alone any more. Such fun! 😉

Wizard of Oz

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 15, 2010

This is the second stage play that you have been to. The first one is “Mama Mia”. Even though they don’t have any nice personalized tickets or something like personalized stadium cups  for us to keep as memory, but mummy remembered I still have its performance leaflets. Just not sure where is it now. Ha!

Daddy don’t look so happy aye? Know why? He told me he was starving cause mum and him never had their dinner before the show! Hehe……

During interval break, I have great performance down the stage too! Hahahahahaha……

As you can see… I love this musical drama so much. I can follow the story very well, keep asking what’s next or where’s so and so for every scene changes and was joining the crowd for the loud applause at the end. Hopping that those on the stage can see me clapping for them too. LOL!

Mum was kind of  proud that I’ve got her blood and genes that love musicals. Ha! Mummy will keep these nice tickets as memory too. 😉

They are my good friends

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 12, 2010

Finally, I had fully recovered and went to school this morning. Today is a lucky day. As mummy finally prints some of my baby pictures out. They are so cute! I was happily imitating my tricky expressions in the pictures.

Mum had kept all the photos in a new photo album too. Everyone in the house enjoyed flipping it over and ever again, especially mummy and granny. May be I can show “Poh Poh” and “Gong Gong” tomorrow. 😉

These are some the pictures from my Halloween party. They are my classmates. And, I am glad my friend’s mum had send a few of our Halloween party pictures to me through email. Like them? I love them all. I love taking pictures with my good friends. 😉 What a coincidence! It must be a photo day for me. Hahahahahaha………

Mummy plan to create a handmade photo album together with you during school holiday. That’s our big project. Ha!

Nobody nobody but you

Posted by Everyday Healy on October 22, 2010

First of all, I was wearing one of my favourite dress that day. It was new to me. As mummy thought it was too big. So just keep it till now since she brought home from Spain in the beginning of the year.

Anyway, as you can see…… I was kind of proud to flip around the dress. Ha! I love to dance with pretty dresses. And, dancing might just be one of the fat burning exercises for most ladies. Somehow, it’s my hobby, my passion, my pride and my life.

I dance almost everyday or any moment I bump into music. Everybody around me knows that. 😛

And, thanks to my music teacher for playing this song to let me dance. I can never stand still whenever I heard this “Nobody”. I will be moving my shoulder up and down and shaking my butt left and right too if it’s “Lady Gaga”.  Hahahahahahaha……

My latest dance choreography

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 17, 2010

That’s my latest choreography. I get daddy to on the radio for me, so that I can dance along with the hit and pop music. Mum said it’s great. At home, I am always the best. That’s why I always dance at home. Almost everyday. 😉

And, I love to create my own dance. :)

Mum is glad that I love to dance too. As it is a great pass time which it’s a great exercise for a healthier body and help me to develop my motor skill.

Undeniably, it is also one of the best fat burner for women or men and kids. That’s why mum will also dance together with me sometimes. That makes an enjoyable bonding time for us. 😛

I like Rainbow

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 2, 2010

I am crazy over rainbow now. I love anything with a rainbow in it. Thus, mum bought this new tumbler for me.

I like it so much just because of the rainbow in it. Ha!

And, I like colouring so much recently. I can create my own rainbow with the many colours. I need a white paper, mum. 😉

Nice aye? Not only that. I will also colour the pictures in the colouring books with rainbow colours. So, there are rainbow faces, rainbow shirts, rainbow shoes and body. Interesting! Hahahahahaha…….

I like red very much

Posted by Everyday Healy on May 1, 2010

Yesterday, you drank lots of water in school and at home (almost drinking water all day long using this new bottle). Thanks to this new red water bottle. LOL!

You simply like your new water bottle very much. You bring it to school, to your extra class. And used it at home too.

Mummy:”I think you really like this bottle.”

Liz:”Yes lah. I like red very much.”

Mummy:”Yeah. Red school bag with red water bottle. Very matching, right?”

Liz:”Yes!”

Mummy:”I think you like it so much because you finally found a bottle that you can open by yourself and drink it directly from the mouth of the bottle without using straw as you always like. ”

Liz:”Yes!” 😉

It seems that you like this water bottle which is just the free gift of Ovatine more than the new red school bag that mummy brought back from Spain since last month. 😯

I like jogging

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 28, 2010

We had a great time jogging at Botanical garden on last Sunday morning. It’s been some time we never wake up at 7 or 8 am during weekends. And, daddy suggested we shall go for a walk every Sunday now. Yes! Exercise is good for us all.

And, you love jogging so much! Mummy was kind of impressed that you can actually run 2 rounds at botanical garden. That was a big round! Besides, you were kind of excited about the “train” parking aside. Unfortunately, it is not moving. LOL!

Anyway, It’s good to see you enjoy jogging so much. You actually making request to jog near the house every morning before you go to school now. Mummy promised that I will try my best to keep it up to make it a great habit for both of us. At least, my little vain pot can depend on jogging to keep the body fit and in shape instead of taking generic adipex. Just in case your body gone out of shape in the future. Ha!

I like my new Barbie Cup

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 23, 2010

Yeah… I received a nice Barbie doll cup yesterday. It’s a present from “Uncle Jason”. I love it! I wanted to bring it to school and show my friends. But mum said no! As it’s a cup. Not water bottle.

So… I drink Ribena with this cup yesterday. Mummy said my tummy is getting bigger. So, no Milo. (Yeah… As nuphedragen is only for adult. Children can only depend on balanced diet to avoid obesity, get it? LOL!)

But, I want to drink Milo. I wish I can drink Milo and milk with this beautiful cup. I insisted this morning.

May be It’s a good way to let me say bye bye to my milk bottle. Hehe……

Mummy, Cheez

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 16, 2010

Nowadays, you will walk up to mummy and posting in front of the camera waiting for mummy to snap a picture for you whenever mummy is holding a camera. So cute! Mummy loves it! Ha!

By the way, I think mummy should schedule more time to play with you too. Since mummy came back from Spain, you will spend hours in front of the TV instead of “cooking” together with Kak Sue once mummy has no time to play with you.

So, it’s either more learning DVDs or have more activities and more time for you. Well, mummy promised that there will be something new that will surely pleased you coming up next week, ok?

So, Bye Bye TV! That’s impossible! May be just less than an hour a day. :)

My Spanish Dance

Posted by Everyday Healy on April 7, 2010

Mummy finally came back last week. I am so happy. Keep smiling since I saw dad and mum in the airport till all the way home. I got so many presents. And, I am so glad mum turned me to a Spanish girl right on that night. Ladies and gentlemen, please give a loud applause for my… Spanish Dance. 😉

Mum said,” That was so real and wonderful! Where did you seen it before?” 😯

Well, I have no answer. But, I like this dress so much. So, I wore it to my music class on the next day. And while I stepped into the car…

Liz:”Mum, this is my carriage. I am a princess.”

Mummy:”Oh! Yes! Your highest. ” 😛

Liz:”Er…No. No. No. I am not a princess. I am a Spanish girl now.” 😉 (LOL! So cute!)

Finally, I got daddy and mummy sleeping beside me again. :)

A future Choreographer

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 18, 2010

Wow! Looks like a future Choreographer.

Sometimes, mummy really think that you are meant to be on the stage. You are born with fantastic performing talents. You can sing, you can act, and you can even create your own dance. Keep it up, baby. Mummy will be always supportive as long as you really love to do it. 😉

In fact, it’s really enjoyable to have such little performer at home. Full of entertaining moments. We are really lucky, aren’t we, daddy? 😛

Ha! Who can carry the kitchen up like me? I must be the baby hulk. Cool aye? Save money from going to gym too. Hahahahaha……

Mummy call me little chef now. As I am cooking everyday and night. I serve juices, fried vegetables, steak, sausage, pizza, burger and so much more.

Liz:”Please come to my party, mummy.”

Mummy:”Oh! Alright! I want sausage.”

One minute later……

Liz:”Your sausage, mummy.” :)

Mummy:”Oh! Thanks. That’s delicious! How much should I pay you?”

Liz:”No need to pay lah. It’s a party, mummy. You just come and eat. You forgot?”

Mummy:”Ops.Ya. Ya.” Hahahahahaha…….

Oh! Say Cheez, daddy! 😛

Yeah…… Mummy supposed this is the best picture for this CNY. 😛

Daddy is so cute too! Mummy like this picture so much. Fantastic Silly face! Great job, daddy and baby. Somehow, look like it’s time for daddy to share the wrinkle remover cream with mummy too. What do you think, baby? Hahahahahaha……

Posted by Everyday Healy on December 22, 2009

You know how to on and off the camera, then flip the pictures one by one long ago. But, you said you want to “Cheez” by using mummy’s camera last night. May be because you saw your friend using the real camera too instead of the toy camera that you used to play with. :)

Alright! Mummy agreed. You were so excited. You just keep snapping non stop. Shnapping the cupboard, the blanket, radio, fan, window, your toys, mummy, daddy ……And, I think I like this.

Like it? Snapping these lively fish must be interesting. Good idea! Keep it up. We will practice again until it’s prefect, ok? 😉

Mmm… The best Muffin I have ever had

Posted by Everyday Healy on December 1, 2009

Last Sunday, We went shopping at Queensbay Mall. Daddy took lunch with us at Kenny Rogers before he leave us there and went to his appointment.

Mummy and daddy did not enjoy the meal so much. As the side dishes are  not really satisfying. Somehow, we all love the muffin so much. :)

Woo… It’s coming! Yeah… there are 6 vanilla muffins in it. Don’t worry, you can finish them up if you really like it. Mummy will only stop you from taking the phentermine diet pill.

Wow! Here comes the chocolate ice blended with caramel whipped cream topping. You thought it’s good. But, it’s just not your cup of tea. Thanks to daddy for helping you to finish it. Hehe……

Daddy, can I have 1 more muffin after this because It’s so good! 😉

Yeah… great choice. As I supposed this is the most popular food from Kenny Rogers. In fact, you never finish the whole muffin. But, you took almost 2 this time. Now, I know which muffin to buy when you tell me you want muffin in the future. But, Queensbay Mall is so far away!

Christmas is so nice

Posted by Everyday Healy on November 8, 2009

You were so excited when we were in the mall yesterday afternoon.

Liz:”Wow! Christmas tree!” While we passed by Laura Ashley.

Liz:”Wow! Santa Clause! (It’s a cup with Santa Clause face on it) Christmas is so nice!”   You straight away walked into MPH by yourself once you saw all the Christmas cups, plates, and so on displayed nicely at the front of MPH.

I get it, baby!  It’s time to do this.

So, this is what we did on yesterday’s late evening. Took out our Christmas tree at home and set it up.  😛

You were so excited! Can’t wait to finished up all the hangings. And, you actually hanged all the balls beautifully on the bottom of the tree while mummy was busy setting up the lighting onto the tree.

Then, you said:” Mummy, I can’t reach it. It’s too high.”

Mummy:” I guess that’s it for today, baby. We will hang them bit by bit in the coming weekdays.”

Liz:”No! I want to do it now. I want to put the star on top.”

Mummy:”Alright! Mummy promises to let you put the star on top while we are going finish decorating. Just go to the bed now, ok? Mummy is so sleepy.”

Liz:”Ok.”

Gosh! I just realized that my little princess has already come to the age that can even decorate the Christmas tree on her own. So fast?

Besides, you were so happy to see the big Christmas sock. So, you have been held up high cause mummy knew that you want to hang it by yourself. Then, you were clapping and jumping for joy while mummy put up the Christmas Garlands. So sweet! Another precious memory.  😛

Mummy just want you to know that Christmas mean even more to me now as I heard you laughing in your dream last night instead of crying or shouting in anger most of the time. :)

That’s it till now. There are still a lot more to be done. Welcome Christmas! :)

Wonderful Time after School

Posted by Everyday Healy on October 13, 2009

It was last Friday, little Liz did enjoyed herself so much playing at the McD playground. Climb up the stairs, then slide again and again. Had some nuggets and ice cream too. We spent quite a long time there right after little Elizabeth finished school.

Wow! Very long hours of activities without resting (including school hours). The dark circles under eyes are kind of obvious. Thus, she immediately fell asleep soundly as soon as we reached home without bathing. :)

It should be a great reward for being a good girl and going to school everyday. But definitely not McD every week. How about art class? Little Elizabeth loves her art class. She kind of miss the class. Thus, at the moment it’s still a form of reward to her. So here we go for the reward now. 😉

First time in Art Class

Posted by Everyday Healy on September 17, 2009

This past Tuesday was your first lesson, baby! It’s art class! And, this is your first piece of art working out together hand in hand with teacher San San. And, you just can’t wait to show “Mah Mah” and daddy when we were home after the class. You even showed your name at the back of the paper proudly.

Liz:” You see… got “Elizabeth” at the back. You see…” So cute! Thanks to “Mah Mah” who took the effort to teach you how to spell your name too.  😛

And, thanks God that you never run around the classroom desks. You were sitting still on the little chair and enjoy drawing so much instead! That was amazing! 😛
