Because Harry got no hands

Posted by Everyday Healy

Just because you stopped going to school for 1 whole week, today you start crying again while you woke up. You don’t want to brush teeth. And, mummy’s gaggle tricks just don’t work anymore. Oh my! :(

Luckily, you stopped crying once mummy said:”Only good girl can go to right brain class later.” LOL! In fact, mummy had all sorts of great memories on your brushing teeth moments. And, it’s especially impressive to hear something like this:

Mummy:”On! Elizabeth is a good girl. You brush your teeth every morning. Look at Harry. Harry naughty boy. He never brush teeth. His teeth become so yellow and dirty. Yikes!”

Liz:”Ya. Because Harry got no hands. Cannot hold tooth brush. So, he cannot brush teeth.” ( So, who is Harry? Harry is our pet dog. But, mummy sounds like Harry can even use netbooks. That’s ridiculous! Hahahahahaha…………)

Mummy really sounds so stupid when you react cleverly like this. LOL! :)

My first Purple Dress

Posted by Everyday Healy

My sore toe is healing quite well. Mummy said I can still go to right brain class later. Hooray! But, I don’t want to go back to school on Monday. :(

I want to have more CNY shopping like yesterday. It’s such fun! Do you think tonight “Gu gu” is going to buy new clothes for me again from the night market? I love that Chinese purple dress so much!

Yeah… This is my first purple dress which is a gift from “Gugu” and Irene “Jie jie” since last Saturday morning. See! I think it looks nice when I match it with my party shoes. Ops… where is my lipstick?

Mummy:”Mummy buy a fake one for you to play, ok?”

Liz:”No! I want the real lipstick.”

LOL! So vain!

By the way, I think this dress is too small for you, baby. Don’t you feel tight? And, it’s very short. But, mummy will always remember this chubby but sexy look. Hahahahahaha……

Deep cut on my toe

Posted by Everyday Healy

I want to step up the stool and wash my hands on the basin right after I finished drinking medicine. Suddenly, I slipped while trying to kicked the stool to the front of the basin. Waaaaaa…… Kak Sue quickly carry me up and said:”Mam, blood!”

This cut on my toe was so deep. But, look at that “Buds” rescue lotion that mummy applied on the wound. It was very helpful. I don’t feel much pain. So, I am relieved and my tears just stopped flowing down from my cheeks. Then, I sleep. I slept soundly.

When I woke up this morning, I can even walk. I want to be brave. So, I am also very calm while my pead sanitized and applied the antiseptic cream for me just now in the clinic. Luckily no stitching. In fact, I need it. It is just too late. So, my pead said we can only leave it as an open wound and let it heal itself now. And, look!

It’s healing quite well. Thanks God! No more blood, so clean and drying up. Hooray! I am jumping, tip toeing, and walking like usual again. ” I am a very sad bear, my sore toe. I can’t put my boot on, my sore toe.How it got so big and red, no one seems to know. That’s why I’m a sad bear. Oh! Oh! Oh!”

Oh! Dear. Stop singing this song, baby. I know it’s your favorite. But, what a scary coincidence. Mummy was so upset about the sad bear song and the stupid plastic stool. So that’s what happened on this Cyber Monday. Huh? What’s that? Only mum knows. But, this is absolutely an unforgettable Monday night.

Happy marry go round

Posted by Everyday Healy

It’s CNY season. Mummy was busy shopping. Shop for cookies, clothes, food, decoration items, flowers and so on. You are busy enjoying all the nice decorations in the malls for CNY too. Somehow, this is still your favorite!

That’s the marry go round in front of “Komtar”. And, that’s what we did last Sunday night while you are still having fever. Ha! As no medicine is better than happy mood, right? In fact, this is a trick to make you take the paracetamol before you go to bed. Unfortunately, we fail. Hahahahahaha……

Luckily, you don’t mind to take it when mummy mixed it with thick mango syrup. LOL!

I got cold sore

Posted by Everyday Healy

When you get so moody and crying a lot, mummy get so frustrated and mad. But, when I see you doing lots of things by yourself, I feel so proud of you. And, most of the time when you trying to be cheeky, you surely brighten up my day.

Somehow, when I see you getting cold sore like now, I feel so bad. Especially when you said it’s painful. Hopefully, the cold sore will dry up and heal within few days after we applied this.

Somehow, mummy really got to seriously watch out how “kak Sue” wipes your mouth and clean your handkerchiefs now. As she might be hurting the wound or not keeping your handkerchiefs clean. I know I can’t trust her much. As I saw her pressing your mouth, pressuring you to open your mouth fast. As she loose patient on feeding you slowly. That’s terrible!

May be we need better wireless security systems. Setting up hidden cameras all around the house.

Anyway, stop peeling the wound, baby. Otherwise, it will get worse too. :(

Gong Xi Gong Xi decoration is so nice

Posted by Everyday Healy

Sunday, we went to Queensbay Mall. Daddy, mummy and granny were busy shopping for CNY clothes. Where as I got my favorite Auntie Anne’s almond pretzel. Mmm…… Yum! Yum! I enjoyed all the CNY decorations and the 24 seasons drum show. So cool! Oh! There is a nice bridge too. Let’s cross the bridge.

Mummy:”Do you want to take a picture on the bridge, baby?”

Liz:”Sure.” *Nod nod*

Mummy:” How about some cute post?”

Here you go!

Wow! Excellent! :P

Liz:”Mummy, I want to do the Gong Xi Gong Xi decorations at home, ok? It’s so nice.”

Mummy:”Sure, baby.”

Liz:”I will help you, ok?” (That’s what she always said recently)

Mummy:”Ok. Thank you, Elizabeth.” :)

I am Cinderella

Posted by Everyday Healy

 Friday night……

Mummy:”Do you like your friends in school?”

Liz:”Ya.”

Mummy:”Did your friends play with you?”

Liz:”Ya.”

Liz:”Do your teachers like you?”

Liz:”Ya.”

Mummy:”Then, why you cry every morning and don’t want to go to school?”

Liz:”Because so early. I want to sleep.”

Mummy:”Today we sleep earlier ok? So that you won’t feel tired while waking up early in the morning.”

Liz:”Ok. You read bedtime story for me first, ok?”

Mummy:”Ok.”

After mummy finished reading…

Mummy:”Alright. Let’s close your eyes and sleep now, ok?”

Liz:”How about we wait for daddy? I want to wait for daddy. We sleep after daddy come back, ok?”

So end up, everyday you will only go to bed around 12am despite daddy came home early or late. Oh! My Cinderella! Ha! I guess you already used to this hour. Of course, if daddy and mummy can go to the room together with you earlier everyday, may be there is a chance that you can change this habit.

But, this will only possible if daddy starts Human Resources job search now. LOL! Somehow, daddy’s job is too important. And, I can understand that you really miss your daddy. Well, this is just our lifestyle. Nothing is perfect. We just try our best, alright? :P

At this age, when there is no stress and hair loss problem, life is just great! :P

And, you are cheeky, talkative and playful little one. You certainly can’t hide your true nature. Then, just be yourself! As being too reserve will certainly kills you. Hahahaha……

However, always watch out for your safety. Frankly, this is absolutely not safe for a 3 years old girl like you. :(

Cool! I must be a great fashion designer in the future. Ya. Ya. Since you already so active and happily enjoying yourself at home yesterday with no sign of fever or runny nose anymore, why don’t you go to school? Hahahahaha……

Of course, mummy do believe that emotion affects our health. Thus, you are allow to change to your uniform without brushing your teeth. And, you really feel at ease. But… Yike! Must be smelly. Never mind, right? Cause brushing teeth is a true suffering for you. :(

Well, just take a “gummy bear” to cover the bad breathe, ok? Hahahaha……

Also, please brush your teeth tomorrow. :)

Cheers

Posted by Everyday Healy

In a day, I still have very slight fever every now and then. But, mummy is so kind. She never force me to take the fever medicine. Finally, mummy agrees that it’s ok. Cause I am a good girl. I drink a lot of “yum seng” (means cheers in Cantonose) drink which can make me strong as hulk. (That’s what you said. Assuming hulk should be the strongest man in the world. Hahahaha……)

This is the “yum seng” drink that I mentioned. Come on! Raise your cup high and cheers, mummy! It’s Cool! :P

In fact, I can’t let go the day before yesterday. Mummy get so worried. Not because I might need hemorrhoids treatment due to constipation. She is afraid that my body temperature will shoot up as usual once I am constipated while sick.:(

But, after drinking lots of this tasty detoxifying instant mix Hedyotis Diffusa formula, I almost let go all the waste in my body. Immediately I feel so much better and little bit hungry too. Hehe……

Mummy said it is also very helpful in controlling my fever condition. Thus, my body temperature is only 0.5 degrees higher than others now. Somehow, I still need to take the medication for flu. Waaa…… I want to cry already!

I struggle, shout and cry out loud. Eventually, I agree to drink it cause I get a very good offer. Mum will bring me to the playground later. Hahahahaha……

No more McD

Posted by Everyday Healy

Today, I am not going to school again. Sick! Runny nose and slight fever. I guess my immune system went low because I slept quite late every night, but wake up so early to go to school every morning.

This is because daddy always busy working and came home late, but I want some time spent with daddy. Last Thursday is especially wonderful! Daddy brought me to McD at 11pm. I am the only kid enjoying the playground and french fries at McD in late hours like this.Cool!

How about McD again? That’s what I thought last night. But, mummy insisted that no more McD. Otherwise I have to take medicine.

No way! Don’t mention about medicine anymore. It’s ok, mummy. I am ok. Gosh! It’s not ok, baby! Take medicine, please… *Sob Sob*

Let’s create a story for them

Then, daddy told me he got headache. He need to sleep for a while. Oh! Please play with me, daddy. It surely is the best migraine treatment. Don’t sleep! Don’t leave me alone! (Hahahahaha……What a Sunday!)

Fine! I can play on my own.

How about that? I am story linking for these flash cards. It’s fun! :P

Wow! I found some colorful home decoration cards. Cool! Let’s create a story for them too, ok? Ha!

Am I a good girl, mummy?

Absolutely. We love you, baby. And, daddy and mummy would like to say:”Sorry”. It’s ok, mummy. Thanks for clearing and keeping back all the cards for me. Is that a punishment? :(

Here comes the Fire Engine

Posted by Everyday Healy

Yesterday is another wonderful Saturday. As I got to eat my favorite McD Sundae Cone. And, I am taking my lunch at my favorite restaurant too — Japanese Food Restaurant. I love Japanese rice all the time. But, promotional products for kids like this is hard to resist.

Here comes the fire engine! But… what happened to the fries? It’s too soft and mash potatoes. I don’t like it! I don’t like the Gyoza either. Luckily there is still fried chicken which taste exactly like McD’s nuggets. Alright! I will finish up the 2 tiny piece of  “nuggets”. :P

By the way, mummy ordered the Mogu Mogu orange juice as I requested too. Orange juice is my favorite. But, not this orange juice. I don’t like it too. As I realized the orange coloring actually stained around my mouth. That’s ugly! :(

What an experience. Next time better just take your favorite Unagi Sushi, ok baby? Ha!

Wisdom Star is my favorite now

Weekend is always fun. At least I get to watch more cartoons. But, I found a great pass time now. When I am not allowed to watch TV, this is what I play with.

Of course. I do play with some other toys like my play dough, kitchen and cooking sets. Somehow, I like this Wisdom Star the most. It’s my favorite now. I will ask mummy to play with me before I sleep, after school, once I wake up from afternoon nap. About 4 pages a day.

And, I am glad that mummy bought the Level 2 set for me. :P

Yeah… Wisdom Star is definitely worth its price even though it is not a promotional products. Set in Chinese is always cheaper. Luckily mummy knows mandarin. Ha! Most importantly, mummy is so happy that you actually loves IQ games like this until you are willing to forgo your cartoons. Thanks to Wisdom Star.  LOL!

I like Right Brain class

Posted by Everyday Healy

You have 2 favorite lesson. One is Kinder Beat music lesson. And, you are also looking forward for Friday to attend this.

This is not a playground. It’s part of your right brain lesson. These tools are the sensory diet for little ones like you. In short, playing with these special tools are actually diets that work well for attitudes and emotional balance. As children will gain emotional balance through certain workouts. And, balance emotion will automatically change us for better behavior.

After some sensory play, we will continue with other activities. All that will eventually leads you to learn through your powerful right brain. And, you love it. Once mummy said:”How about we stop the right brain class?” Immediately you will say:” No! I want to go.”  Of course, all those techniques are just like playing. Thus, you had so much fun.  :)

On the other hand, at least mummy get to understand exactly where your talents lie on and what’s the best learning methods that suit you through all the play tests in the class.

Saturday is never been boring. It’s always fill with lots of fun cause it’s school holiday. And little Elizabeth can wake up late.

So, the first thing she do after brushing her teeth was this.

Liz:”Mummy I buy ice cream for you, ok?”

Mummy:”No thanks. I am on diet. Eat too much ice cream can makes me grow fat. No way!”

Liz:”I want to grow fat.” (Yeah… As long as you can eat ice cream, right?)

So why are you working so hard on this machine? I am working hard on it recently cause mummy is working so hard on it too. Hahahaha……

Bento #3

Posted by Everyday Healy

How is it? You called it Sushi. And, that’s your bird and fish sushi. The rice seems so delicious to you. of course, it’s the fragrance steam pandan chicken rice. But still, you took out every of the vegetables in it without missed. Also, you just leave the boiled egg aside. May be because the boiled egg doesn’t look like a fish like mummy promised.

I guess most probably because the bento doesn’t seems appealing. Not really nice aye? Don’t worry, mummy will work harder on it. First of all I need a nice Bento box. best if it’s Hello Kitty. As you are crazy over Hello Kitty ever since I bought the Hello Kitty school bag for you.

By the way, these are the tools I am using for this Bento.

Both the rice shapers were great! But definitely not the egg stamper. Can’t get the design at all.  May be I should try using it to shape sweet potatoes or rice. :)

No Children allowed

Posted by Everyday Healy

This is an outdated post. It was on the 24th Dec last year. Lazy mummy just realized that I missed this.

What a graceful Hindi dance! This really showed how much you enjoy staying in hotels. Even it’s just the Concord Hotel.

And, you were inviting daddy to dance with you on the dance floor in the lounge of the Concord Hotel right before the count down once you heard the dance music. Somehow, no children allowed. Once you hear that, “wa………, your tears immediately flowing out like someone forget to turn of the pipe. It was truly loud too. Then, you get the party pack for free. Good trick, aye? Hahahahaha……

Eventually, you were sitting at the divider and managed to enjoy the music and the happening atmosphere of the lounge by  and watching from the outside.

And, thanks god that you can still dance right in front of the Concord ballroom which in directly at the lobby too, when you feel like shaking with the music. :P

Mummy promised that I will try my best to arrange a better Christmas this year, ok? Er…… How about staying at the luxury cancun hotels, and enjoy the Mexican dance? That’s something new. Sounds truly interesting, aye?

Liz:”I will show you my expensive panty, very expensive you know?” You just took your spare panty and dress outfrom your school bag.

Mummy:”Ok. Ha!”

Liz:”This dress also very expensive. But, the baby wipes so cheap only.” Hahahaha……

Grandma:”So expensive, aye? How about your backside? How much is your backside? Expensive or not?”

Ok. I promise we will make something out of it by today. May be sandwiches? Hopefully you like the food to, not just the preparation. Will you take more vegetables if mummy manage to make the rice and vegetables look so cute and lovely?

Well, you seems meant to be those sporty type that would even enjoy wearing breeches and go for horse riding. Thus, mummy is kind of excited to see how my baby learn to become a little chef. May be you will cook or make better sandwiches than mummy. As I am a newbie in cooking too. Hahahahaha……

I am “handsome” now

Posted by Everyday Healy

Today is a special day. It’s our family hair cutting day I guess. As “Ma Ma”, “Gu Gu” and I, we all went to the salon to cut our hair.

When we first enter the salon, an uncle came by. “No! I don’t want to cut my hair.”

Mummy:” Why not? I thought you told me you want to cut the hair in front shorter?”

Liz:”No!”

Mummy:” It’s fun, baby. See… “Gu Gu”is enjoying the hair cut. So nice, isn’t it?”

Liz:”No!”

Later as “Ma Ma” start cutting her hair…

Liz:” I want to see “Ma Ma” cut hair.

Then, an auntie came along this time. And, I said:” Yes!”

Yike! Is this going to be ok, mummy?

Yeah! Very relaxing……

Excuse me! I am not sad or sleepy. I just can’t open my eyes big as the air blowing on my head. But, I like it. :)

So this is my new look!

Mummy:” Wow! So nice!”

Liz:” Mummy, I am handsome now.”

Mummy:” Er… You are beautiful now, not handsome ok?” Hahahahaha……

Yeah… look at you. You simply enjoy all the washing, blowing and cutting in the salon. You even keep looking into the mirror. At the same time pulled your fringe down since you came home. Typical vein pot like daddy. LOL!

Mummy:”I am sure you had fun, right? So next time we will come and let uncle cut your hair nice nice again, ok?”

Yeah… I knew that was kind of a terrible threat. Somehow, it works pretty well to get you to bed when you are not sleepy at all during the night. Ha! So, you keep talking. Er… what shall mummy do next? I will… Switch off the lights.

Liz:”Mummy, don’t switch off the light. It’s so dark. I can’t see.”

Mummy:” Good! Then, just close your eyes and sleep.”

Liz:” No. I want to switch on the light. My skin so dark. Not nice anymore.”

Daddy:”Don’t worry. Tomorrow your skin will turn bright and nice again as the sun come out. Hahahahaha……”

Mummy:”Yeah… Your skin is not dark at all. Tomorrow you shall see. Sleep!”

Liz:”Mummy…… mummy……”

After a while, little Elizabeth finally kept her mouth shut and fell a sleep. Hahahaha…… What an excuse. So cute aye?  :P

Twisting left and right, moving high and low standing right on the baby chair was kind of cool! I feel like a super star now. Hahahaha……

But, why there is no snow on the floor? Weird! How am I going to make snow ball when there is no snow on the floor? Oh! So sorry, baby! These are just “bubbles snow”. Hahahaha……

Don’t worry, you still got foam snow on the floor. And, beautiful reindeers moving the slay around. :)

I am happy cause I get to see my friends

Posted by Everyday Healy

It’s your first day back to school.

7.45am:

Liz:”Mummy, I am so tired…… So tired……. I don’t want to brush teeth…… I want daddy…… ” *Sobbing*

Mummy:” Ok. I asked daddy wake up and brush teeth with you, ok?”

Still crying, but it seems that you can’t find a better excuse this time. Thanks to daddy’s kind cooperation. Hehe……

So, you brush your teeth slowly. Then, mummy clean your face, change for you and give you your milk. After about 10 minutes of drinking milk. You just let kakak tie your hair, apply mosquito repellent and here we go!

We were chatting happily with mummy in the car. While we reached your school, you just get down yourself and wave bye bye to mummy. Bravia! My girl has grown up. No more crying. I guess you already understand the idea of going to school. Also, mummy can see that you actually miss all your friends. :)

Enjoy your new day of school, baby!

Well, the story has not ended yet. After school, little Elizabeth keep crying for hours, showing your tantrum as mummy forced you to bathe immediately you came home. Nothing seems right after you came out from the bathroom until mummy played a cartoon of your choice — Lion King. :(

Real Penguin!

Posted by Everyday Healy

Mummy really enjoyed having a good rest since Christmas Eve. Not much blogging. But shopping again! Hahahaha……

Now I am back. Let’s refresh our memory in the Zoo Negara.

Finally you get to see the real penguin. And, you named the one and only one penguin in the zoo — Pingu. Haha…… You even heard the tiger and lion roared. You said:” It’s load and scary.” Hehe……

You were so excited while feeding the deers too. You especially favor the baby deers.

And, you were pretending to be a baby buffalo with horns too. LOL!

So cute! :P

So many big fish in the huge aquarium too. I guess you enjoyed yourself so much except the toilet. As there are no Kohler faucets or toilet bowls. Worst still, it’s so wet on the floor. Again, you end up let go on your pants instead of the toilet bowl exactly like what it used to happen in the wet toilet of the Melaka Safari World.

It’s ok. Mummy understand now. No more wet wet toilet for Elizabeth. Forget about this. But, remember all the beautiful animals in the Zoo Negara, ok?

Posted by Everyday Healy

Did you had a great Christmas? I did! So do daddy and mummy. Well, Merry belated Christmas and Happy New Year! And, I have something to share with my friends and family. :)

Nice? That’s my own painting. In fact, there are lots of spaces with no white paints on the big round snowman. As it’s too time consuming. My hand and fingers were so tired. So I just leave it. Hahahahaha…… But, I paste all the shapes given patiently to make a nice Christmas card. How’s the Christmas tree on the card, nice aye? By the way, it’s for all of you, my friends and family.

Anyway, for the moment this will be my last piece of art work from my art class. Hooray! Cherish 2010! Mummy finally agreed that I can do painting at home at  anytime I like. Hahahahaha……

How much?

Posted by Everyday Healy

Well, these are the crafts you made during the 4 daysPingu English holiday program. Where is one of the penguin’s leg? Will the house collapse? As the wall doesn’t seems attached to the roof. Hahahaha……

But, good try! They are all very nice work. Anyway, today is the last day of the program. Mummy is so glad that you are willing to stay with only teachers and friends during these extra classes. You even wave goodbye with mummy once you enter the class. Amazing! I guess you really had grown up a lot. :)

Besides, mummy is kind of proud that you can bravely communicate with the new teachers and friends. Very independent now. In fact, your new teacher said you actually talk like an adult. Wow! Would that be a bit too matured? :)

Nowadays, you even know how to use the word expensive. Besides, you are being exposed to the ATM machines too. And, you always like to ask how much whenever mummy wants to buy something. That sounds good, isn’t it? It’s time for mummy to take the initiative to teach you more on simple money management skills.

At least, you can start learning to recognized different amount of paper money and coins. Learn how to save and also to compare which is more expensive, is it RM 5 or RM 20? Sooner or later, you can even learn from daddy on how to calculate the life insurance rate. Hahahahaha…………

Alright! Mummy agreed. You were so excited. You just keep snapping non stop. Shnapping the cupboard, the blanket, radio, fan, window, your toys, mummy, daddy ……And, I think I like this.

Like it? Snapping these lively fish must be interesting. Good idea! Keep it up. We will practice again until it’s prefect, ok?

Once in the mall, mummy just can’t stop looking here and there. Eventually, mummy spotted something nice for you. Thinking may be carrying a nice school bag might make you more willing to get back to school when the holiday ended.

Like it? I remembered I used to said something like this to grandma when I was still a little one: “Mummy, you keep buy and buy and spend all the money. Do you keep some for me?” I wondered when will you asked mummy the same question too.

Don’t worry! Besides some reserves for you, mummy and daddy will make sure we have enough retirement fund and complete Medicare supplement insurance too. How about that? Hahahaha……

By the way, you were happily sharing with your close friend who is also your schoolmate about your new school bag when you met her at Gurney Plaza.

Liz:”See… My bag. This is a Kitty Cat. So nice! And, this house is so cute! Haha!”

My Early Christmas Present

How about that? Cool aye? So, this is my first motorbike. An early Christmas present for this year’s Christmas. I like motorbike so much now. I requested for it since the beginning of the month. I am glad we finally found something nice. A beach bike that doesn’t look so boylish. Hehe……

The seat is very spacious. There are even signal lights and horn. I can also move backward. And, I am still happily enjoying this rechargeable battery operated bike for the last 2 days since mummy bought it for me last Sunday night.

Well, actually I am still in the process of learning. So sorry to announce that  I did not pass the driving test yet. Gosh! I am driving without license!

That’s why mummy and “mama” keep shouting :”Stop!” whenever I knocked on the cupboard, drawers, door or wall. Even that, they still can’t avoid minor accidents. Luckily, I never get hurt. :)

Obviously, I am still under close supervision every time I drive. Hehe……

Merry Christmas! :P

Sleep straight!

Posted by Everyday Healy

You don’t want to sleep earlier. So, you will sleep around 2 am. Then, you refused to wake up early. Mummy will only see you walking out of the room by 11 am or 12 noon. How about that?

So that’s how you get your dark circles under your eyes. Then, you will turn around from sleeping vertically like daddy and mummy to laying horizontally between us. Initially, daddy might fell from the bed once he was pushed to the edge. But day after day, his balancing skill is so good now. Never see him falling anymore even though he still have to sleep like a line at the edge of the bedside sometimes. Hahahaha……

Now, there is something new. Last night, your feet has step on mummy’s face again while you turned horizontally among us. it might happened a few times in a night. It’s super duper irritating! Sleep straight!

Also, you still crying or making noise at the middle of the night. Sometimes, it’s because you are hot. Sometimes, there is something to do with the blanket. But, most of the time it’s because you want milk. I wish I can read your mind. But, why don’t you just tell mummy what you want. That’s definitely a better and hassle free way. Speak out, baby! Oh… no more baby. You are just ain’t baby anymore. :(

So, that’s how mummy got my dark circles under eyes. LOL!

It’s time to say bye bye to diaper pants

Posted by Everyday Healy

Liz:”Mummy, I want “shi shi” (wee wee).”

Mummy:”Ok. Ok. Let’s go.”

Mummy quickly get up from the bed and walked to the toilet with floating steps like a drank man with half opened eyes. You are not walking in a straight line either. Hahahaha……

Obviously, we are both working hard together hoping you can fully leave the diaper pants aside. I knew you are working very hard now. There is no accident in the afternoon anymore. At least 2 months already. You have learn how to hold your “shi shi” and inform mummy much earlier than it’s too late. Excellent!

Also, It’s been days you never wee wee on your diaper pants even though you wake up quite late. Yet, you manage to wake up in the middle of the night as you feel that you need to go to toilet since last night. It’s time to say bye bye to diaper pants. I know we can do it! :)

I get 2 beautiful Dresses

Posted by Everyday Healy

You got fever since Saturday noon. Again, the fever gone high on Saturday night. Thus, mummy have to keep on sponging and fed you with the paracetamol. you cried out loud as you hate both taking medicine and sponging so much. Sorry, baby!

Alright! Mummy is so happy that you had fully recovered since this morning. Now, mummy is back in mood to continue blogging about your birthday. :)

This is what you were wearing on your birthday (4th Dec). It’s mummy’s present which I bought some time ago once I spotted it at Poney. Then, keep it for your birthday. I knew you are going love it. As that’s your style of wearing. And, Yes! You love it so much!

And, this is what you get for your birthday from grandma. Seems like not your style. But trust me. You looks great when you put it on. After all, this is a very unique “English” design. Just as modern furniture is nice, but country home might gives us the feeling of home sweet home sometimes.

Anyway, we will keep this unique dress for CNY, ok? Thanks to Grandma. :P

My simple 3rd Birthday

Posted by Everyday Healy

So, did you had fun celebrating your birthday with daddy and mummy last night? Mummy really had fun! At first, thanks to Ah Hwa grandma for preparing red eggs, mee and fried chicken for our lunch to celebrate your birthday like the Chinese traditional way.

Then, we were at Gurney Plaza. Choosing a few presents for your right brain class friends as you requested. Eventually, we decided we buy breads with Mickey Mouse, Lollipop and Ice Cream shape for your little friends. Your teacher got one muffin mix too.

Surprisingly, we met Auntie Michelle at Gurney Plaza. She accidentally knew that it was your birthday. We also met a clown distributing balloons in front of the Maxis center. So, you get all sorts of unexpected gifts.

A flower balloon from the clown, A puzzle game from your teacher and a DIY photo frame from  Auntie Michelle. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! :)

This bear is free from the Christmas Dinner set at The Ship.

As we were heading to dinner at about 9.30pm, you suddenly asked for cake. Gosh! So late already. Where are we going to get cake for you. Luckily, we managed to order a small cake from The Ship restaurant.  And, the cake was so delicious! Lots of walnuts and the chocolate was so rich! Mmm……Yum! Yum!

Sorry for no pictures on the scenes you were blowing cake at The Ship restaurant. As they are all in mummy’s handphone. The bad news is the phone suddenly hang and spoiled. So we lost the pictures. The good news is mummy is going to get a Christmas present for sure.

Tomorrow is my Birthday

Posted by Everyday Healy

So, what’s new in 3 years old?  You are getting very smart. You form better sentences. You talked like an adult with perfect logic. Also, you will always hear this from daddy and mummy:”Er… Can you stop talking for few minutes?” Hahahaha……

Yeah… That’s the greatest changes as you enter year 3. You are so talkative. In fact, too talkative now. And, you do almost everything on your own. Again, I think you are too independent. Typical perfectionist. But, I really can’t stand to see you sweaping your hands immediately after someone you don’t like touches you. That’s… ru..de, isn’t it? :(

Anyway, you still can’t live without music and songs. You can now sing a french songs from the Movie “Ratatouille” and some Hindi songs that mummy taught you. And, you dance with all styles including ballet, hip hop, disco, Hindi dance and some moves seems like exercise more than dancing. Hahahaha……

Also, you can recognize all the ways to school and your extra classes. Luckily you are not like mummy who has no sense of dicrection at all. Thus, I am hoping you can become my GPS in the future. Keep it up! I am sure you can be as good as the Garmin GPS. Hahahaha……

And look! You are so good at playing ball now. Thus, we play ball with you everyday without missed. You can hit back with your hands or kick back with your legs. Of course, you legs are still stronger. Thus, you made wonderful kicks.

Bank, SEC, Tesco, Gurney Plaza

Posted by Everyday Healy

Yesterday, mummy and you spend the whole day together. Another previous time for 2 of us. Mummy like it! You followed mummy to bank, electrical shop (SEC), Gurney Plaza, and Tesco. You learn how to use or shall I say press the ATM machine, and you did it gently. Then, you tried every dress that mummy asked you to try. Thus, you got 2 more new dresses now. Mummy just can’t resist the sales. Yet, Poney always fits you best. :)

I know you don’t really like it now. Trust me! It’s very nice. So dainty. Sooner or later, you will love it, especially when everyone started to praise it. Hehe!

You keep nodding your head when mummy asked you weather you like this dress or not. I knew it before I asked, as this umbrella type of dress which can be wide open when you dance and turnaround is always your favorite. :)

You also wanted to go to Penguin (Puku) shop at Gurney Plaza. But, you agreed to leave together with mummy when I told you we had no time to go to that shop anymore. Very good girl!

Eventually, you said you want to go to Tesco playground. Alright! Since that’s the last stop before we went home. Mummy brought you to the playground for 30 minutes. Wow! Playground is still the best place for you to kill your time. But, I am thinking may be tomorrow we can visit the public library. :P

Hopefully, you truly enjoy your holiday and work hard in school by next year.

Mmm… The best Muffin I have ever had

Posted by Everyday Healy

Last Sunday, We went shopping at Queensbay Mall. Daddy took lunch with us at Kenny Rogers before he leave us there and went to his appointment.

Mummy and daddy did not enjoy the meal so much. As the side dishes are  not really satisfying. Somehow, we all love the muffin so much. :)

Woo… It’s coming! Yeah… there are 6 vanilla muffins in it. Don’t worry, you can finish them up if you really like it. Mummy will only stop you from taking the phentermine diet pill.

Wow! Here comes the chocolate ice blended with caramel whipped cream topping. You thought it’s good. But, it’s just not your cup of tea. Thanks to daddy for helping you to finish it. Hehe……

Daddy, can I have 1 more muffin after this because It’s so good!

Yeah… great choice. As I supposed this is the most popular food from Kenny Rogers. In fact, you never finish the whole muffin. But, you took almost 2 this time. Now, I know which muffin to buy when you tell me you want muffin in the future. But, Queensbay Mall is so far away!

I am sliding with Uncle

Posted by Everyday Healy

Last Friday……

Mummy:”Liz, later mummy bring you to meet a “jie jie” in a hotel. You make new friend and play with “jie jie”, ok?

Liz:”No……I stay with daddy, you go, ok?”

Mummy:” You can go swimming too. Want?”

Liz:” No……”

Mummy:”Er… How about I bring you to see baby? You like baby, isn’t it? You can play with 2 babies there, want to join me?”

Liz:” Ok.”

So we went to Gurney Hotel at 5pm after we finished visiting your favourite pet shop. You were a bit shy initially. But, you were happily playing with the 2 babies after a while. Actually, they are not babies anymore. They already 17 months old. Hehe……

Then, we went to the pool to meet up with Qiqi  and his daddy. You just can’t wait to get into the pool once you see the water slides. Yes! You can get wet, as you still have spare clothes. But not mummy.

Liz:”Mummy please go in with me.”

Mummy:”Sorry, baby. I can’t.”

You were sitting beside the pool for quite a long time. Keep nagging about wanted daddy to play the slide together with you. Unfortunately, daddy was not with us at that time. :(

Mummy:”How about you let uncle slide down together with you? Let uncle take care of you, ok?”

You quickly nod your head once you heard this suggestion. On the spot, mummy quickly bought a float for you. Then, you started enjoying yourself with “jie jie” and her dad.

Wow! This is the first time you were not afraid of strangers. Thanks to the slide. And, Qiqi’s daddy was such a nice uncle. He just keep sliding with you upon your request. Daddy are you jealous? Hahahaha….. Mummy was so grateful. Luckily, you did say thank you uncle before we leave.

As mummy went back to the hotel again later at night just to pass something to Auntie Chinnee, you were shouting aloud that you want to go down with me this time. :P

Posted by Everyday Healy

Mummy:” Do you want more books, little book worm? How about we go to book fair later?”

Liz:” Ya. Ya. Ya. I want to go book “share”. ”

Mummy:” Oh, dear! It’s Book “fair”, baby.”

Liz:” Book f…air.”

Mummy:” Yeah… Book fair. Let’s go!” :)

So, we hopped into the car about 4.50pm and reached the Popular Year End Clearance Book Fair at One Stop Shopping Mall on 5.10pm. Then as we look around……

Liz:” Mummy, I think I like this.”

Liz:”Mummy, I want this one.”

Mummy:”Ok. Ok. How about some IQ games?”

Liz:” Yes! Yes!”

The basket seems getting heavier and heavier. Finally, this is it!

You were so happy of course. But, mummy nearly empty my purse. In fact, mummy had took a few choices out to sustain some reserves for parking. Hahahaha……

So do you love me? I still remembered you said:” Daddy, come and watch TV with me, because I love you!” That’ was few days ago. That doesn’t sounds like a book worm at all. That’s street smart! And, I like it!

Posted by Everyday Healy

I am ready to go out now. How is my new sandals? Well, I love it so much. Yeah… And, I need a space for my new sandals please…… :)

Mummy likes this attitude. As even it is not Crocs, you still precious it so much. Like mother like daughter. We wear comfortable shoes like Nike, Crocs or Naot. But you still appreciate any shoes without strong branding like this pair of sandals which mummy bought from the night market, as long as it is comfortable and nice.

Keep it up. It’s a good practice. :P

School Christmas Party (Part 1)

Posted by Everyday Healy

Mummy has yet to post your concert’s videos and pictures. Thanks to your school’s special organization of this Christmas party. We really had a great time eating and socializing together with the kids on the 15th November.  :)

So, how about some early Christmas songs which you sang loudly that day?

Opah, baby! In fact, everyone of you on the stage were so relax. Children can’t lie. Obviously, mummy had send you to the right school. A school that full of love and encouragement. And, you seem belongs to the stage. I still remember you were the loudest, when everyone of you took turn to stand alone and introduce yourself. Mummy really don’t mean to be snobbish. But you really made me feel so proud. :)

Luckily you still have holiday art and craft session at home

Posted by Everyday Healy

Daddy seems taking us to Jazz Concert on the 5th of December. But, mummy still not yet buy the ticket. I know I should do it as soon as possible. As this is something new to you. Thus, it could be interesting, right? :)

Just stay at this plan first, can we? I know you wish we are in Hong Kong Disneyland now. But, Hong Kong seems cold now. And, even someone is going to sell motorhome for us now, we still can’t go round West Malaysia cause you are having runny nose again. :(

I guess this holiday is meant for you to rest for a longer period. Mummy got to really watch your health from now onwards. Thus, you are forced to take this Scott’s Emulsion everyday since today. Thank you so much for your cooperation. Hehe……

By the way, thanks to Kak Sue for making a nice flower to you by using play dough today.

So nice! Did you learn up how to do it? Luckily you still have holiday art and craft session at home. Like it?

And, you should always let Kak Sue tie your hair. Even a simple tie of ribbon like this can makes you look so lovely. Somehow, daddy might not agree with mummy. Isn’t it, daddy? Hahahaha……

Birthday Party (Part 2)

Posted by Everyday Healy

Mummy has quite a lot of pictures to put up in your blog and has quite a lot to tell too. Thus, I decided to separate the video from the photos.

First, I wish you still remember that you had a beautiful “Strawberry Shortcake” birthday cake for your 3rd birthday even after many years later. She supposed to represent you as a sweet little girl.

It’s so lovely to see you smiling sweetly while you first starring at the cake. It’s your own choice after all. Hehe……

And, you have all your classmates to celebrate together with you.

You seems enjoyed cutting the cake too. So, are you ready to distribute it to your friends now? :)

Alright! Gently put it on the table. This is the way you serve you friend. :)

I thought Hou Chun is one of your close friend. How come you were not looking at him while serving the cake to him?

Your friend said:”Thank you. You should reply :”Welcome.”, ok? That’s good manner. :P

Ops… she said:”No, Thank you.” So, can you pass it to other friend? :)

Finally, it’s my turn to eat the cake. Mmm… Yum! Yum!

Mummy appreciates this culture of your school so much. This is a great way to learn courtesy.

Well, some of them just can’t wait to get the cake, some said “No. Thank you.” . And, many has enjoyed the cake so much just like you. Some had take away the berries. And, some just keep asking for more and more.

And just when I thought this group of cake lovers might need some appetite suppressants to avoid over eating, all of us heard the 2 magic words — “Party pack”. Once teacher said come and sit down here to get your party pack, they just drop the spoon, leave the plates aside and sit down on the floor in no time. Obviously, party pack is more attractive than cake to these little ones. :)

Birthday Party at School (Part 1)

Posted by Everyday Healy

Daddy just can’t wait to see this. Yesterday was the first time you celebrate your birthday in school. Even though you seems so cool. Why are you not smiling?

Also, you blow the candles straight away after the English version Happy Birthday song. May it be you just can’t wait to blow the candles and cut the cake? As you keep starring at the cake while your friends were still singing the Malay and Chinese version Birthday song for you. LOL!

Anyway, the answer was a load and clear “Yes”, when mummy asked you weather you enjoyed the birthday party or not. I am happy to hear that. :P

Thanks to your teacher and friends for the arrangement and participation too. :)

Busy filling up Goody bags

Posted by Everyday Healy

Today, you are really busy.

So this is what kept you so busy today. You were busy packing the party pack, or so called goody bag for your little friends as you are the host tomorrow. You were so excited while packing. Keep asking for more things to fill up the goody bags.

As you always said, mummy, I want 4 candles. Mummy, I want airplane cake. Mummy, I want celebration. Yes! Yes! You are going to have your birthday cake, 3 birthday candles on it and a wonderful birthday celebration at school. And, you are going to distribute all these goody bags to each and every of your little classmates just as what your friend did for their birthday party before. Are you curious what’s in it? Have a look then. :)

How about that? Colored glitter pens, raisins, puddings, princess glue sticks, purses and note books, balloons, stickers, bubbles …… Lots of things but it’s kind of easy to prepare. It’s nothing if compared to the repair and replace of things in the house such as changing light bulb or washer for the water tab, repairing the toilet flash, installing water filter or  stainless steel backsplash. As all these little goodies are ready in the mall. Mummy just have to pick and pay. Hehe……

So tomorrow is a big day even though it’s not your real birth date. But, it’s your party.  Have fun! Enjoy it to the fullest tomorrow, baby!

I think you should say excuse me

Posted by Everyday Healy

We were at the pasar malam (night market) about 8pm just now. As we passed by a baby girl…

Liz:”Mummy! I think you knocked her. “

Mummy:”Did I? But, I didn’t feel it.”

Liz:”Ya! You knocked her. “

Mummy:”Ok. Sorry, baby.”

You get silent for a while, then…

Liz:”I think you should say excuse me to her.”

Mummy:” Oh! Ya. Mummy is kind of rude this time, right? When we knocked on someone, we should always say sorry or excuse me, right?”

 Liz:”Ya!”

Mummy:”I will remember this next time. I promised. Thanks for your advice, baby.”

Hahahahaha…… Cute aye? Very polite and very clever! I like it! Good girl.

However, the heavy rain just stopped. We were all wet as we tried to get into the car, which was few minutes walk away. Unbrella seems useless as the rain was too heavy. But, you still insist that you like raining. You said, you like to see the water flowing everywhere while raining. LOL!

Art Class 7

Posted by Everyday Healy

 Liz:”I want to become hulk.”

Art teacher:”Huh? But, today we plan to make a Moo Moo cow, remember?”

Liz:”I want the green hulk.”

Art teacher:”Ok. We will draw a girl hulk holding the Moo Moo cow, ok?”

Liz:”Ok.”

Art teacher:”Your hulk got wear shirt or not?”

Liz:”Wear bra.”

Art teacher:”Wow! (Start laughing) Alright. Girl need to wear bra. Where did you learn this from?”

Liz… Speechless.

Since you had enough rest, mummy actually sent you to art class on yesterday’s evening upon your agreement. Bit by bit, mummy can see that your coloring skill is improving. You should be proud of yourself. It just isn’t that hard, baby! Just as you have learned how to control the movement of the mouse and keep on click click click. Looks hard initially. But, it’s so simple.

Let’s enjoy drawing, painting, dancing, singing and reading now. Even you like computer more, there will be time in the future that you can even catch up with any of the industrial computer program. But, too much computer at this age might make you future computer game maniac for sure. :(

No! No! No! Hahahaha……
