My favorite French Toast

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 19, 2010

Sigh… No more fever. No more runny nose too. Just a little bit cough.  :)Yesterday, you only took some porridge with soya sauce. Today, you enjoy fish and rice just now. It’s good to see you enjoying your meal again. Do you miss French Toast?

That’s what mummy took last Thursday while you were eating breakfast before school. So cute! Finger licking good aye? Do you want some more?French toast seems to be your favorite now. But, mummy have to be extra careful in adding fresh milk to the French toast. Even though it’s not eczema, but too much fresh milk will still cause rashes on your body. But so far so good.  😉

I guess mummy is going to make some French toast for you again before I leave to Spain. Also, mummy already spare mushroom soup and fresh fish in the fridge. Lastly, I am going to get you some watercrest on early Sunday before I depart.

Love you, baby!

A future Choreographer

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 18, 2010

Wow! Looks like a future Choreographer.

Sometimes, mummy really think that you are meant to be on the stage. You are born with fantastic performing talents. You can sing, you can act, and you can even create your own dance. Keep it up, baby. Mummy will be always supportive as long as you really love to do it. 😉

In fact, it’s really enjoyable to have such little performer at home. Full of entertaining moments. We are really lucky, aren’t we, daddy? 😛

Please be healthy again before this Sunday

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 17, 2010

This holiday is supposed to be a great holiday to spent more time with mummy before mummy go to Spain next week. So, we went shopping just now. Mummy bought me my favorite Auntie Ann’s pretzel. Mmm…… Yummy! Then, I also brought one bottle of 1 Litre Twister orange to the cashier. 😉

This is great! Thus, I seems happy and agree to take medicine too when we reach home. Yeah…… I am sick since this morning. :(

Well, you just started to eat quite a lot of food recently. But still, it seems there is no hope for you to gain some weight anymore at this moment. As after being sick you will always be just as slim as you are on diet or taking diet pills. LOL!

Get well soon, baby. Please be healthy again before this Sunday. So that mummy don’t have to worry about you when I am away.

Do Re Do Do Do

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 16, 2010

Wow! Mummy has been busy or lazy? It’s been almost a week mummy stop blogging for you, baby. Sorry! :(

Actually, there were so many things to write. First even though you don’t have music lesson this week, but we manage to practice at “Poh Poh” house. 😉

How about that? Frankly, mummy was very happy. As for the first 2 months, it’s kind of tough for little Elizabeth to play with the keys by using the appropriate fingers. Thus, you seems upset. But look at you now, baby. It’s really touch to see you play until Fa now.

Yeah… Practice really makes perfect. You are not only playing Do Re Do now. But also, Do Re Me, Me Re Do and Do Re Me Fa. And, you seems confident now. I guess you are glad you made it too.  😛

Real……ly good job. Keep it up, baby!

I want to bring “cow” milk to school

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 10, 2010

Liz:”Mummy, I want to buy this, I want to be like Jen Jen. Jen Jen drink this milk in school.”

Mummy:”Jen Jen is another friend in school?”

Liz:”Ya. I want this milk like Jen Jen one.”

Mummy:”Ok. Ok. We buy this milk.”

That was Monday night when daddy brought us to 7 Eleven. Then, mummy took out the straw and Elizabeth poke it in the straw hole. Suddenly…

Liz:”Oh, No! I want to bring it to school. I don’t want to drink it now.”

Mummy:”Huh? Jen Jen bring it to school everyday or just sometimes?”

Liz:”Everyday. I don’t want the powder milk anymore. I want to bring this “cow” milk to school like Jen Jen.”

Mummy:”Ok. I get it. Mummy will buy some new ones for you tomorrow. Finish this first since you already open it, ok?”

Liz:”Ok.”

So she got this the next day. And, she was so happy to bring one box to school this morning. 😛

But, when she came home…

Liz:”Mummy, today Jen Jen bring “daddy, mummy, family” milk to school, not “cow” milk anymore.”

Mummy:”So, you want the “daddy, mummy” milk now?

Liz:”Ya.”

Mummy:”Ok. Ok. Mummy will buy for you after you finish this cow milk, ok?” I think you mean Dutch Lady’s UHT milk packing this time. :)

Recently, you also insisted that you want to wear cap like daddy even if you are wearing a dress. And, your will follow our shoes choice too. You just won’t wear sneakers if mummy and daddy are both wearing sandals. Luckily daddy only wear tuxedo shoes while going to work. Not in any leisure time when he go out with us. LOL!

Can I help you?

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 9, 2010

Not bad! Time flies and you were helping grandma to paint the protective layer for the floor yesterday.  You did it well. Good job!

You are curious about everything we are doing. And, activity like this that is totally unfamiliar will mostly attracts your attention. And, you will never say something like:” I want to play, mummy. ”

Instead, you will offer to help and say:”Grandma, can I help you? I want to help you.” This must be part of your talent. Mummy realized that you are a great communicator. You are so good at twisting your words to your advantage even at the age of 3.

Frankly, mummy is kind of proud and enjoy it so much. Very cute. Just don’t tell lie, ok? Stop doing that. As that’s quite worrying. :(

Happily ever after

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 8, 2010

Recently, you read a lot of these 2 books. Then, you become so excited about getting married. Always want to get married and “live happily ever after”. These words become so familiar to you after you have read the blue covered fairy tales again and again.

I guess it’s these books that make all the girls loves getting married. Even your mum feels like the happiest woman in the world at the moment I put on my engagement ring. Full of fantasy. Hahahaha……

Now, it will be your turn, baby. Enjoy the journey of fantasizing your dream guy, those beautiful and elegant bridal suits… Also, dream about the moment you finally put on your glittering engagement ring while you passed by the display windows that has many rings with eye catching certified diamonds on it. Live with your best dream ever. And, may your dream come true, baby.

We love you. But still, it’s a little bit early for all this. Hehe……

You started to love drawing. You always draw faces.

That’s your face with hair, ears, mole, eyes, nose and mouth. Er… Cute aye? And, you yourself told mummy that this is an alien. Anyway, this one is good. Sometimes, your faces are more like soul to mummy. LOL! Hahahaha……

And, you just don’t mind picking up pencils, color pencils, crayons or magic pen. You will start coloring once you hold any of these in your hands. You were coloring almost everyday. And, you have absolutely no problem to complete coloring one or  two big pictures in one shot now. You even enjoy tracing and writing. 😉

Of course, you still cooking more than anything else in your daily routines.  😛

Musketeer… Musketeer……

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 6, 2010

Last night, mummy was playing pretend with little Elizabeth.

LOL! This is totally not what you were doing just now. Would it be better if mummy take away the rugs? See… this is normally what happened when you know you are in front of the camera. Soft voice, still in action and feels funny. 😛

And just when you thought you are out of the camera, here you go again.

Wow! This is so much better. Such a graceful musketeer. Hahahaha……

I eat snail, Mama

Posted by Everyday Healy on March 3, 2010

Last Sunday……

Grandma:”What did you eat for lunch?”

Liz:” I eat snail, Mama.”

Grandma:”Snail?

Yes! I mean snail. Liz:” How to say delicious in Mandarin, mummy?”

Thanks Daddy! I am more willing to try new food now, especially seafood. I like seafood. Prawn has become my favorite. Now, I am taking fish again. I like Japanese rice with raw fish. And, it’s my first time trying Escargot. Mmm! “Hao Chi”! (means Delicious) 😉
